Not our first stay here and our check in with Lina was a pleasant experience! She is a great addition to the LaQuinta team! Our stay was just an overnight getaway but this motel made it much more enjoyable! Our room was super comfy and the amenities were great. The bed was very comfortable and smelled fresh! Enough electrical plugs for all our needs. The motel was quiet and even the A/C-Heating was quiet with no obnoxious drafts. The motel is right next to the airport but no plane noise at all and the vicinity is quite safe. A full breakfast buffet is offered but although we did not partake of it, it looked good! Four thumbs up for this motel…2 from me and 2 from my hubby! 👍👍👍👍

My stay was amazing. I was on the first floor. It was very clean, the breakfast had a nice selection. The staff was very friendly. If I am in Tucson again I will definitely be staying at the LaQuinta Airport on Tucson. Thank you staff at the LaQuinta for making my stay a wonderful experience.

The ac unit in the room was not cooling the room.

Visit and stay was excellent. Only complaint was the hard boiled eggs at breakfast could not be pealed without tearing off the white along with the shell. You need to offer scrambled eggs.

only issue we had was the room key-card wouldn't hold the info for more than a couple uses. We were informed that the management was working on a replacemnt/upgrade for the system

Hotel staff was rude during the check-in process. The carpet looked dirty. Mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic.

We were fine with our room, and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, we had a companion traveling with us who needed accessible accomodations. The room turned out fine, but the hotel shuttle did not accomodate mobility scooters, which was absolutely necessary for our companion to get to the airport and continue on her trip. This seems to be a large and serious gap in services and accessibility--as an airport hotel, ALL your patrons need to be able to get to the airport or other destinations served by your shuttle. Veterans, elderly, otherly abled, all. I hope this can be addressed in the future. Kudos to the staff for doing their best, they were not responsible for inaccessible shuttle for the mobility impaired guest.

Check-in was easy and quick. Room keys did not work, however, so I had to have them re-do those. Room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling outside the shower. Shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced as it didn't have a lot of pressure. Overall, a fine stay in a good location.

A+ for the bed comfort and customer service - slept great and the staff were friendly and timely. C for breakfast and quality of the hotel overall.

Went back to this hotel because we had a great experience about 4 yrs ago. They haven’t really kept the property up. First room was a King but smelled of animal urine. The desk attendant promptly re roomed us but they only had two double bed room. We took it anyway. The air conditioner was very loud, the toilet sounded like a dying animal and the shower was half pressure, when the leaver to turn on the shower didn’t engage fully and there was standing water in the tub. We will not be back to this La Quinta.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was kinda weak. Sausage had no taste. Very clean and friendly.

Military jets fly over often. Very noisy. The room was very convenient for access to outdoors for our pets. I was surprised there was no refrig, microwave or coffee in the room. The coffee in the breakfast room was awful, strong and bitter. The chairs in the breakfast room have been well used. Bed was comfortable.
