Ben the front desk manager was super fantastic! We are appreciative of the room he gave us! The hotel was amazing for location and also per friendly.

This property has been under construction for seems like over a year now. It’s at a horrible intersection that is nearly impossible to turn in or out of and the parking lot is so tight and does not have enough spaces. They consistently over book. I booked 3 reservations over the past 2 months and every single time, I e experience an issue. Even though I had a confirmation number for last night, they told me they did not receive the reservation from Expedia and could not accommodate me due to no rooms available.

It’s at a horrible intersection that is nearly impossible to turn in or out of and the parking lot is so tight and does not have enough spaces. They consistently over book. We liked staying here because our main reason for choosing to go to Starkville was to tour the campus at Mississippi State. That was easily done from the Hampton Inn.

We were not informed that the property was under re-construction, and the pool was out of service, and the room was with intermittant electrical problems and with a lot of construction noise. The staff was perfect.

Our room is nice and clean. They are having construction inside the hotel so it’s a little messy. The pool is closed for renovation.

Rude staff at check in. No rooms available at check in time, even though I did mobile check in the night before and got a confirmation. This property is old and tired, going through renovation so it’s loud and messy. No bathroom in the lobby. Construction at the intersection so it’s nearly impossible to pull in or out of the parking lot!

Had a long reserved for weeks and did not get a king because of construction! Construction should be not s on Expedia if that’s the case!!!!

Hotel is in great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient upon check in, although not overly friendly. Hotel was undergoing some renovation, but this was not a problem with stay.

When I arrived I was told the password for the “free” WiFi. When I logged in with the password it also required that you join the Hilton Honors program to access the WiFi. Because I didn’t want to give them all my personal information, I couldn’t access the WiFi. When I complained to the front desk at checkout, I was told if I had complained they would have given me another way to access the wifi. I felt like this was a cheap trick to get my info into their system.
