Went for a short overnight trip. The hotel staff , atmosphere was friendly & efficient. To top it all off the breakfast was super w/ waffles, fresh off the griddle!!…eggs , sausages toast, everything to start the day FULL! Very good…..

Desk staff is friendly and helpful. Went to get something to eat and came back. Went into the bathroom and it hadn’t been cleaned. Someone else’s coffee cup was on the counter. There was a dirty washcloth and used soap next to the sink. And the toilet had someone else’s waste in it - hadn’t even been flushed!
The linens appeared to have been changed and towels were clean.
Manager is supposed to contact us in the morning.

Room Card reader was malfunctioning, but everything else worked well.
Water tasted great here. Didn’t care for the breakfast much.

Drive 5hrs to find out pool isnt ipen and wont be til after memorial day and said the cant refund me even tho i didnt stay there because i made reservation through expedia so im here day 2 waiting for refund.. i will NEVER pre pay or stay at one of these hotels again

Property is older and tired. Could use some updating, especially the bathroom and shower. We were in an accessible king room and the tile in the shower had quite a few problems.

Smelled very strongly of dog. I understand it was a pet friendly room, as I brought my dog with me, but it just seems like they could do better when cleaning those rooms to keep it smelling fresh. Not much to do around the hotel
