Management tried being sneaky and not inform me that what i reserved wasnt available. Ac was broken floors were wet and there was a hole in the ceiling .when i asked for my room to be corrected i was then lied to on repeat with no solutions. So if i can be honest 0 stars

The smoke alarm went off night one and night the smoke alarm and fire alarm went off. Bathroom door was hard to open/close. Side exit door by stairwell was broken and had it been a real fire we would not have had an easy way out of the hotel. Air conditioner access vent was broken.

Originally checked us into wrong room. Last room they had available. The room was filthy, it appeared that there was pee on the wall?!? The AC in that room did not work, the temp was 80+ degrees all night. The second night they did move us into the correct type of room. Room was cleaner but the TVs in the room did not work or have remotes. When we asked for remotes they had none. Around 3am an alarm went of throughout the hotel waking up and scarring our children. After all this they would not even accommodate a 1 pm check out or comp a breakfast. We use hotels.com often and stay at this hotel twice a month. Usually great but this stay was unacceptable.

The hotel and staff were great. It is an older hotel but very clean. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area. It’s very close to restaurants, shopping and FAU.

Roomwr were nice and clean, but the box spring was broken and there was no hot water. If it was so late and so tired I would have requested a room with working hot water. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and was glad to not be awaken by maid staff even though we left close to 11am

Friendly staff --older hotel looks like they are working on upgrading rooms. Pool area is nice and well maintained. Back in off the main road which makes it quieter.

Room was absolutely fantastic!! Staff at reception was super nice and professional. I don’t forget to thank the cleaning staff, job is well done.

When we arrived, we were excited about our stay. The check in process was very easy and we were able to get our keys and room really. We went and dropped our luggage and of course turned down the A/C. We left to go and move my daughter out of her dorm. After spending the day moving and spending time with my daughter, we arrived back at the hotel around 10:30pm. The room was warm, the A/C showed at 77. May daughters had to go downstairs to request extra blankets and sheets for the pull out couch, and told the front desk about the A/C. The front desk moved our room to another room. We picked our stuff up and went down the hall. The key cards didn’t work for the door so we had to go back downstairs and she rekeyed the keys again. Went back to the room, and still nothing happened. I went down for the 3rd time and the front clerk moved our room to a different room. We took our belongings to that room. By now, it’s 11pm and after 4 hours of driving and moving, everyone was tired. The A/C stayed that it was set at 74, and I turned it down to 70, and about 15 minutes later it was rapidly increasing and went up to about 77. By then I was too tired to make another trip downstairs to complain about the air. When we woke up this morning the ac was reading 79. So it was a very long and hot night.

The property was a bit loud. It had construction workers that were a bit loud and a private party. All we kept hearing was the slamming of the doors and loud music. The site was also under construction and had a loud jack hammer during the day.
