The room needs to be modernized. The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the sheets. The room had an odor and the bathroom was horrible. The ceiling had stains not sure if it was mold or not and the closet had a mildew smellaswell as the bathroom. I had to actually go get some air freshner because the smell was that bad.

This was the 2nd stay in this hotel in a week. We stayed overnight driving through as part of a week vacation and again for one night on the way home. The first stay was great. We had the same expectation, especially for nearly $240 for a short night stay arriving at 6:30pm and leaving by 9:30 am. We were disappointed to say the least. Immediately upon arrival, the room smelled musty. The bedroom had carpet tiles that were rolled up and a tripping hazard, there was approximately 1/4 roll of toilet tissue and no spare roll, 2 towel sets, the bathroom door wouldn't close, mold on the bathroom wall, toilet wobbled and banged against the wall and the shower/tub dripped all night. The guest services did respond with additional towels and toilet tissue. I guess we just expected more for the price and a recent stay that was much better.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were a bit dated but spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are spacious, the facilities need some TLC. The door was super hard to open, the walls weren’t soundproofed even a little bit, when the storm woke me at 11 and I called to ask for a late check out I realized the phone didn’t work, then the front desk clerk was rude, they were out of toothpaste at the front desk, the beds were comfortable and check in and out through the app was nice. The remodeled rooms were well styled and laid out.

Overall, not a great experience. Booked a 2 bedroom suite that would fit 7 people, but was given a 1 bedroom suite with a single pull-out couch that could only reasonably sleep 5. Only 2 towels in a room supposedly meant for 7 people. Phone did not work so had to go down to lobby to ask for more. Were told they were currently out but would bring some later. They ended up bringing us 5 additional hand towels rather than any full-size ones. Only half the outlets worked.

The staff was very welcoming and the propoerty was very clean and appealing. My daughter just wanted to do a simple sleepover with me and her, she had a blast and all we did was enjoy our room. The room was veey clean and the design of the living room and kitchen were stunning. Definitely booking again.

Family friendly spacious for family of 6 or more some what walkable no side walks there is a park 6 min from the hotel if u drive. Didn't like that there was no indoor pool and not many non pork items for breakfast other than that loved it.There is an outdoor pool if u go during warmer season.

Nice facility with a few minor maintenance issues like flooring needs to be replaced/ repaired second floor hallway. Other than that it was a great experience.

The best part about this place is the best restaurant Ive ever been to in my life is across the street. MM Shapley is amazing all around and worthy of Michelin rating and or Beard award. Never recommended by hotel staff.
Rooms were...ok. amenities hot water workable shower and equipment. Until I woke up at 2 am itching all over and with welts on my legs and ankles. Pretty sure these were bed bugs. Over a dozen blister like welts up to the size of a dime on each leg in a row. I mentioned to staff in the AM and they said they would get it taken care of. I still itch and the bites are still there.
Worst experience ever. No comp offer or anything. Desk said they would ask management to defer points on Hilton rewards. Nothing happened. Shouldnt have paid at all.
