Though a bit out of town it is an easy place to find from the nearest tram stop. Value for money shower good bed comfortable enough few amenities nearby though there is a garage pub and local shops as well as a Greek and Turkish restaurant nearby

The check in service by the night staff was extremely unfriendly. We arrived at 9 pm at night and there was no other guests waiting just a night manager who kept us waiting for over 10 minutes whilst he did paperwork unrelated to us. Communication was limited and stilted and other communications with reception related to ordering taxis were extremely unfriendly. At check out on Sunday at 11 am the desk was unattended for 10 minutes again whilst our taxi was waiting to check out.. I would advise more staff training from management in this hotel

Travelling throughout Europe, needed a last minute stay near Cologne, ideal location and to have breakfast included for the price was a real bonus.

I enjoyed my stay. However it was very difficult to exchange with one of the receptionist. A very tall lady with a veil. She was not helpful at all. I did not got to get her name.

It was a pleasant experience the only things we didn’t like is they used “hand, hair, body” wash for everything. There is no shampoo or conditioner. The second thing is, most of the time you have to wait in line for breakfast because it’s a small space for a lot of people.

The property was as clean as expected. The service was good and Breakfast was very good. I’m born in Germany, so when I travel back to Germany the Breakfast is very important to me.

The room is extremely hot and there is no water to drink. The Hotel owner are money minded people. I was very disappointed.

The hotel was very nice, helpful staff. The breakfast which was included was amazing. The only bad thing is not enough parking spots sometimes. You need to come to the hotel early in order to get a spot.
