We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kimpton in Roatán, Honduras, and I can’t rave enough about our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel was dedicated to providing exceptional service and making every guest feel special.
Our anniversary celebration was made truly unforgettable thanks to the incredible staff. Christopher, Ernesto, Dennis, Miguel, Belkis, Victor, August, Leandro, Onissis, Ángel, Angiea, and Peter went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Each of these individuals was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit as enjoyable as possible.
Whether it was offering insightful local recommendations, addressing any concerns immediately, or just greeting us with a smile, their efforts did not go unnoticed. Their dedication made us feel like we were the most important guests at the hotel.
The accommodations were fantastic, but it was the exceptional service from this remarkable team that truly made our stay special. Celebrating our anniversary here was a decision we won’t soon forget, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful resort right on the beach. Expensive food choices on location but plenty of options down the beach. Easy to get to the West end by resort shuttle or water taxi. We will definitely return to Roatan and stay at the Kimpton Grand again.

The property is very beautiful and right in front f the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are able to come visit. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They assisted with receiving our luggage from Sosa Airlines. A big thank you to Mitzy at the front desk who helped us get our lost luggage. My only recommendation is for the prices to be a little lower so other people can have this grand experience. Besides that I highly suggest to try this Resort.

In mid August we stayed for a week at the Kimpton Grand Roatan. It was a beautiful building with a beautiful waterfront and beautiful staff. We snorkeled daily along the reef.
Shout out to Mitzi at the front desk, Caesar at Sea Cat, Witsell during Social Hour and the gentleman at the pool and waterfront - August, Byron and Edward. Thanks for making our stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.

The food was to die for and the beach area was out of this world. The red snapper was really prepare to perfection. This is just my opinion coming from a business standpoint, this should be an all inclusive hotel. Overall the staff is really nice and helpful.

Our stay at the kimpton was amazing. Clean, beautiful resort, friendly staff. Fabio one of the staff members there at the bar by the beach went above and beyond. His service and hospitality was greatly appreciated and did not go unrecognized. He was waiting by the shore while we were frolicking in the beach to give us our drinks when we didnt even ask for it and we were greatly suprised and of course accepted it!
The kimpton resort is one of the best resorts and cleanest that we have been to. And we will definitely be back! We love the nature feel and all around hospitality ♡ thank you!

The room and property was beautiful and modern. My family of four stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (it was really more of a condo) that was just as comfortable as it was beautiful. We did experience brief power outages each day in our room that lasted no more than 10-15 minutes, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Food at the restaurants onsite were decent but expensive. We loved the local food options on the West End of the island more for flavors and cost. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and truly made us feel at home. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but I’d definitely come back.

As someone who has traveled to 28 countries and is globalist with Hyatt, the service here a Kimpton Grand was the worse I have ever experienced. I was treated differently as soon as I walked in. I don't know if that had to do with my skin color or primary language but there was definitely a difference in treatment. They didnt welcome me with a towel and welcome drink like others. I prepaid for a bungalow, my initial paper work said a bungalow but they assigned me a basic room in the main tower. They charged me the resort fees at check in and at checkout. Luckily I kept my receipt and it was taken off. Humberto at the pool and Peter in Alera and Christoper Bell boy were the only nice people at the hotel. I was over looked by all other employees. I tipped and even over tipped and was still over looked. Service here is 1/10. I went to Ibagari Boutique Hotel for dinner and the service was 10/10. On my next trip back to the island I will be staying at Ibagari.
