The bed was comfortable and room was clean, but dated. However it was safe - need key to enter buildings and then room. Lobby nice and free breakfast offered was good variety of items, hot & cold. I wrote an email a few days prior and asked for late check ahead of time and was told yes for $50. When I checked in she mentioned it but I asked if I could decide in the morning ( basing it on weather ) and was told yes. But that morning mgr informed me they were “sold out” and would not offer any late checkouts… however a look on this app showed they had a variety of rooms available for that day so they were not sold out. Was very disappointed about being lied to and also not getting late 2pm option. Was offered free noon checkout though, I should note. Overall, was good stay.

There was a big, red stain on the carpet near the foot of the bed. There was hair and flecks of feces on the bathroom wall near the toilet. These issues shouldn’t be in place when charging people for a stay. Just clean the whole room properly and change the carpeting if a huge red stain won’t come out.

Well we got the jacuzzi room and when we went to use it black particles were coming out of the jets. So it’s not being cleaned properly. The morning of checkout the shower handle was broken had to call maintenance. So we had to check out late. Water temp was scolding hot then would get very cold. I also checked out on friday morning the 25th and still the 100 deposit hasn’t been released.

We stayed here for a concert at the intuit dome. 30 minutes walk to the venue. The hotel was fine for what we needed. Staff was great, breakfast was good as well. Parking was secure and convenient. It is LA so expect the smells of urine and weed or both in the area.

The location was perfect for us, as we were going to SoFi Stadium. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was amazing. The room was a little outdated but was clean. I'd stay there again.

My experience was a good one !! Luis the GM was easy to chat. The room was decent with the exception of the stuffy room as we entered. The bed was very comfortable and that’s why I will be back.

Worth the price there was a smell when we got your room but everything was fine bed was comfortable and it’s very clean.

I loved my stay at this hotel and would absolutely stay there again. The layout of the room with bedroom separate with door from living space & second TV ! I loved the vanity basin and mirror separate to bathroom, another great thing. Lots of space, great sized room. Breakfast was free with stay and loved it. Pool was great for a swim and loved the partly undercover seating and partly sun area. Great friendly and helpful staff and loved the little welcome pack water & snacks. I walked and ate in takeaway restaurants next door and easy walk to some other places to eat and some bargain shops. Got a bus to a small mall one day and Lyft ride share to Westfield Culver City easily for some more shopping. Stay was 2 nights and next time will plan for longer. My only complaint was terrible shower tap/control which was hard to deal with it needs an upgrade. The hotel is old but it is great, mostly it’s well looked after.

The beds was very comfortable and very friendly staff. The carpet, bathroom, and trim are showing their wear.

First who charges for you to park your car in the compound of the hotel you already paid to stay in. Every day I stayed at the hotel I was charged a parking fee out of my deposit. The breakfast serving was horrible and worst when they clean our room they did not even clean it right. Plus the people a voice us was making so much noise the staff taught it was our room and came and scolded us about it. When we explained it was not us they did even care. I WOULD NEVER AGAIN STAY AT THAT HOTEL OUR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE.
