One of the beds were dirty and not made correctly. The bed looked as if it had been laid in and the comfort was thrown over ir. They did switch our room, but could not change the channels to the T.V.

Worst hotel and management ever. Advertised for hot breakfast which there wasn’t any not even waffle mix. Tv didn’t work at all the 2 days I stayed. Spoke with General Manager Sue who was very rude talked over me wasn’t trying to hear anything I had to stay not to mention hanging the phone up in my face until I had to go up there and talk to someone face to face. I wouldn’t recommend this roach motel to anyone

Wall heat/cool did not work, TV did not turn on when we first got there, we had to go to the front desk for help it took an hour for help figure it out and bring us a second remote one for channels one for volume. Very musty and dated paper thin doors you can hear all the hall noise. Very cheap price so I guess expected bottom line you usually get what you pay for.

Only two lights worked in the room they only gave a 15 percent discount for that didn't have a light in the bathroom when using bathroom or shower over all stay was uncomfortable and dissatisfied

First room-toilet wouldn’t go down and the window wouldn’t close and there wasn’t a screen. Moved to second room-toilet would not flush (no chain). Third room, toilet never stopped running but we stayed there. The water smelled like sewage and the bathroom tub was just kind of old and gross. If I hadn’t paid with gift cards honestly, we would have left. I know they said new management. They need to do a massive deep clean, get the plumbing and water right, and step up their cleaning service (garbage behind the night stands).

I wouldn’t even let my 1 year old touch the floor. I’ve never had a room that gross. The remote didn’t work and we asked for a replacement and told we had to program the broken one.

Because someone else left a room in bad shape from their dog they wanted charger me $20 extra for each night I was there which was 4 nights.

We liked the beds. Very clean and comfortable. Did not like the lack of cleanliness. Floors all over were dirty. Window sills dirty with dead insects. Live roach in bathroom. Continuous nasty odor in sink area near the door. Hallway carpet old and needed cleaning & vacuuming. Poor breakfast selections. Will not stay here again.

It definitely wasnt the cleanest hotel room but, it wasn't too bad either. Stephanie from the front desk was soooo nice and helpful. Her pleasant attitude alone made my stay top notch. I would 100% come back to this hotel because of her. Sometimes customer service can really make or break your experience and in this case Stehanie made this a five- star experience for me and my family. We had to switch rooms and she was sooo accomodating, then we locked the keys in the room while switching rooms and again, she was so pleasant about it. Then later on, we realized my daughter's bag got left in the old room after we turned the keys back in and assured her it was all clear and again, she was sooo polite and helpful, giving us another key to retrieve the bag. Thank you Stephanie! You were so helpful. I really appreciate your patience and kindness!!

The bed was broken, floors and carpets were stained and dirty. Bathroom was falling apart. Staff was super friendly and great, but the building itself is terrible

The 2 dark skin ladies was amazing very polite and friendly, very professional did hesitate to make us feel comfortable! Others were rude wish I could have gotten the name of the lady did not want to exchange my towels

As I am only 5ft tall the bed was so high that I had difficulty getting into it but it was extremely comfortable. The fitted sheet was too small and so the corner kept coming off. It took 2 hours to get the hot tub in my room filled just barely high enough to use it and then the water wasn’t hot but just warm

When we arrived the receptionist was bent over in a chair on her cell phone with her butt in the air. Once she realized we were waiting to check in she was a very nice person. As we were walking to our room located on the first floor it was very obvious the floor had been vacuumed for some. Debris everywhere. The room wasn’t any better. We removed the sheets from the bed and found the mattress was filthy, stained and debris in the mattress small pockets. We left the pass keys on the dresser and walked out. We didn’t go to the desk to complain because there was nothing they could have done to make us stay. This location should be taken off the Expedia listing because it’s a very unhealthy location for their customers.

The place was dirty. Things were broken in room. We had a jacuzzi that took 2 hours to fill and could not get more than two towels. There was also hair in the jacuzzi! Everything seemed unsanitary. I will never stay here again. Breakfast was a joke . . . cereal.

After a long day of travel, we were exhausted, only to be told the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist was not only unhelpful but also extremely disrespectful, leaving us stranded in the middle of the night. Absolutely unacceptable service—avoid this place at all costs.
