Staff was friendly and reception was lovely. The bed was very poor and uncomfortable. We had it changed as we could not sleep on it as it gave us backache. However unfortunately we had to do it ourselves and leave the old bed in the hallway. My husband got two spare beds from the reception that he transported himself. A bit unfortunately for us but it gave us a good night sleep in the end. It would have been nice to have been offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience. But nothing.

Great location, quiet room although the pedestrian warning siren on the traffic lights meant we had to keep windows shut and room got too warm.

Great hotell in the small town . Cosy and clean .2 time I've been here ,not the last time im going to stay here.

It was great. Reception was amazingly helpful with local experiences to take in and the hotel facilities.

Lovely stay with a great breakfast. The room was very small but as we had chosen it we can not complain, just book a larger room next time. Staff very helpfull and dining options in the hotel was very good.

Receptionist was friendly and informative. Room was nice and comfortable. Air conditioning is a rare and wonderful thing! Fox and Hounds restaurant was Great! Only disappointment was the "Courtyard View" is actually a view of the alley between the rooms. Nothing nice or scenic about it.

Nice but very expensive restaurant. Nice room on top floor corner but a generator woke me up every 30 min with loud noise.

Great Hotel, the staff is amazing. The pub was great as was sitting on the terrace. We would recommend Hotel Europa to everyone.

We’ve specially made a reservation for a family room and it’s seems like we’ve got just a normal size room with extra bed. Because of that extra bed there was not enough space to get around

This hotel is located in the city center of Aabenraa, There is plenty of parking facility at the hotel. The employees were very friendly. The rooms are equipped with everything you would need. The WIFI is perfect. Last but not least, I had a very good breakfast in the morning!
