Hotel was ok, great location. Service from host at the from desk was terrible, very bad attitude. My friend had her belongings stolen from her room and the receptionist indicated that the camera was out of service, that they can’t help them and were not responsible. In addition, She didn't want to call the supervisor because it was Saturday and she didn't want to bother him. After this situation, we were not comfortable to stay there since that showed us that it was not a safe place. The hotel did not want to give us our money back. The lady from front desk have no empathy and a lack of customer service skills.

TV didn't work, maintenance man came twice to work on it. He replaced it and it was fine. There was a musty smell in the room, and the room was damp. Air conditioner was on, not sure why it was like that. Breakfast was a challenge... A bunch of Hispanic people a speaking Spanish were letting their kids run all over the place by themselves making waffles, burning them, then pouring cereal all over.... Hispanic Parents: "Supervisa a tus hijos!"

There was a cockroach infestation. The room was clean, which is probably what made them easier to spot.

When we first arrived at the room, my husband checked it out and it looked like someone had used the bathroom and didnt flush all the way. It was a little gross, but honestly my wife (who is 7mo pregnant) and I were exhausted and we had sani-wipes to clean up a bit. We booked last minute because our power was out due to Hurrican Milton and everything else around was booked. I was just grateful for power and a/c. I drew the line when I got up in the middle if the night to use the restroom and, as soon as I turned on the light, there were little roaches everywhere! The only reason that we didnt pack up and leave immediately is because my 2-yo toddler was already asleep. I went to the front desk to check-out and let the also associate know what we experienced. She was very dismissive and before I even mentioned the roaches she guessed about the "little visitors" as she called them. Needless to say, we will never stay there again.

they don’t really shuttle to the parks, total false advertisement there. they have pretty much one shuttle a day and it only goes to one of the disney parks. the room keys also had to be reset every single time we left the room, which was insanely frustrating. i personally would not stay here again, and i do not recommend to anyone coming to the area.

We are joining rooms that were blocked by and not real locks There was a roach on the door. My son teared up ( this was his birthday trip) and we went to the Emily went to desk got a full refund and had to go find a hotel. Absolutely gross.
