Hotel was clean. Evening staff were polite and courteous. Morning staff not so much. I have stayed here several times, always the same.
Didn't waste my time with their breakfast.
Seems they have a few semi permanent guests. One had a dog that barked all night, they smoked dope and slammed doors. Type guests you would put at backside of hotel, not right up front so everyone has to see and hear it.
Beds are ok, but could definitely use an upgrade!!
Will stay again. Overall it was worth the money spent.

The owners were middle eastern, and difficult to understand. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but both were full size beds. Headboards were queen, but beds were definitely fulls. Tired and ready to go to bed when we got there, so didn't feel lik dealing with it!!

The room had roaches. When I checked in I was informed about a 50.00 refundable deposit for incidentals. It was all I could do to understand what he was asking for. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was no comforter on the bed. Just a sheet and a light blanket.

The place was okay. My only complaints are that the rooms don't have any USB connections and the AC unit was so loud that it kept waking me up at night when it cycled on and off.

Hotel was in bad shape dirty furniture.walls were beat up . And the property had roaches. I could not stay at this hotel. I had to leave right after I checked in .

I liked the area, lots of places to go to eat but we had our own food so we didn't try it out. Walmart & Kroger very close.
The woman who greeted me was nice but didn't understand proper/improper conversation etiquette.
Breakfast was warm, some options changed daily which was nice. Overall not a bad place to stay.

There was also weird smell in our room that we weren’t sure where it was coming from. The room was an average room, no worse no better.
It had good water pressure, clean towels but the bed seemed to dip down towards the middle.

Convenient location, courteous staff, clean room and comfortable bed, instant hot water to shower and lots of water pressure, breakfast included with eggs, sausage patties, and waffles. Very nice stay! Thank you, Homestay.

Staying here was nice! The pool was clean and alluring but we had a full schedule. Breakfast was warm, the apple/orange juice tasted a lil funky but nothing too bad. The bathroom and beds were relatively clean minus a couple loose hairs and some old, small mold stains. You can tell this was a renovation, a lot of work was defenitely put into the place. All in all i would stay here again for a low and affordable rate.
Brought my dog too - deposit was 100 and dog fee was 25.

Air conditioner was leaking water. Asked for someone to come and look at it. Front desk came to bring us towels to put on the water. That's it. No repair no nothing. There was a huge puddle of water. Then my mom's ac on the room next to us went out and no one came to help.

I didn’t like the outside rooms, I didn’t realize it was outside rooms until I arrived. Asked if I could get a downstairs room because of one of roommates was disabled & there’s no elevator. The front desk clerk wasn’t accommodating at all. Didn’t attempt to try & assist me. The rooms were outdated. Our toilet clogged & wouldn’t flush. The room beside us the tenant was complaining about the shower wall falling on them. Our door wouldn’t close good. We could literally see outside the with it locked & close. They charge a deposit as well.

When we checked in the room was infested with bugs and filth. The attendant immediately called on hotel phone to check on us as if she knew the room wasn’t upkept. The bathroom was very filthy. Moved us into another room and it was better than the first room but wasn’t up to par. Never again..
