The place is clean kind of updated, but the beds are very uncomfortable and my neighbor was pacing back-and-forth all night long obviously on meth

Older property, but kept clean. Rm was clean and neat. Staff was nice and helpful. Would stay again.

They used very strong smelling floor cleaner. Really affexted my allergies. Otherwise 5 star. Please use more allergy free mopping liquid.

A bit disappointing in my stay considering the cost & compared to its reviews. The bathroom fan is wired to the light and very very noisy
The wall AC system is outdated and a bit noisy coming on & off. The street traffic was noisy, often in the middle of the night and the interior walls also need sound insulation so you aren’t awakened by neighbors’ TV.
Great hot breakfast & choices. Iced water and fresh coffee available 24 hours in lobby!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this location. Always a great experience! Older hotel but super clean and everything is in working order. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Close to everything we needed to do. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was great! Older hotel, but clean and comfortable. Convenient location, easy drive to the Mayo campus. Full breakfast was nice, and so was the price. Will stay again.

Checked in late and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Told me where I could get a late night meal and let me park my motorcycle in a very secure area.

We stayed in 3 different hotels while on a trip. The first two we were at were mediocre but this little gem was the best. We walked in and was instantly greeted with a big smile. The check-in went smoothly and our room was very clean and quiet. Complete with little towel animals here and there, it was the icing on the cake. We had to leave before breakfast was served so we didnt experience that but check out went smooth. The front desk person was working a double shift but he had the same big smile when we left. Would stay there again!!

Our stay was great! The staff was amazing. The hotel was very clean and convenient for our event. The hotel had cards, games and books in the lobby/breakfast area. Washer and dryer was plus to wash our kids wrestling uniforms. Great hotel! We will stay there again when in Rochester.
