Check in was in the same area as the bar & it was loud & hard to understand what the staff was saying. Apparently I booked a handicapped suite & was asked if I needed the accommodation, I said no but I do need the 2 beds & the couch as we had 3 adults & 2 kids. She said she would switch it. We got to the room & it was a handicapped room. Fine whatever I went to pull out the couch bed, no bed to pull out. There was 1 face towel for 5 people in the room. Yes we can ask for more but there should have been more than 1! My child immediately found items missed by housekeeping a bunch of hair ties & scrunchies next to the bed & there was a leftover soap left in the fridge. A piece of tile came off the corner of the wall when I bumped it walking by & a decorative wood covering came off when my husband put his baseball cap on it. They allow dogs & there were dogs in the room next door who barked pretty much non-stop from 630am-10:15am when we left. We were excited to be able to go swimming with our children, one of the reasons we booked there & the pool was closed for maintenance, we wouldn’t have stayed had we known about the pool. Breakfast was fabulous, that was a highlight & the beds were pretty comfortable. The couch that didn’t pull out into a bed was not comfortable to sleep on & shouldn’t be advertised as such.

Stay was great. Breakfast excellent. Upon checkout, suggested that the hotel put room directional signs on the wall outside each elevator so guests know which hall to go on. We went down the wrong hall a couple of times.

I thought property condition and cleanliness could’ve been a lot better. I didn’t feel like that. The hotel cleanliness was a five at all. It was closer to 2 than 5

The staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were quite large. We were surprised & disappointed that the pool was out of commission as we had 5 kids with us.

We felt something was missing in terms of cleanliness, speciousness or comfort. The carpets are old, the room, hallways is congested.

The front desk clerks were polite and accommodating. She immediately signed me up for the Awards card. The room was clean and spacious. The air was not working properly at night, so we were hot throughout and did not sleep well. The next morning the clerk was solution-oriented and even gifted us extra points for our inconvenience. The location was great and we will come back again.

Family vacation close to everything had a tornado warning they made sure we were safe food was good rooms were very clean we will definitely stay here again when we come back
