Easy check in, friendly staff, easy to park, room is basic but absolutely fine, bed comfortable, close to town - would stay again

What a prime location! We arrived a few hours early for check in due to bus schedule. I had spoke to the property owners ahead of time about leaving our bags as we were heading up to Pikes Peak, and they were OK with us leaving them. It was a pleasant surprise that our room was ready when we got there and they allowed us to check in at no additional cost. The beds were comfortable, room was clean. We stayed in one of the cottages and loved it. It was fantastic that everything was in walking distance - we walked up for dinner and a drink at the local brewery and winery. Our only complaint was not about the hotel, but the town itself - everything was closed by 7pm and didn't open back up until 10am. We didn't get to do as much shopping and exploring as we would've liked, but that is not the hotel's fault. Our stay was fantastic!

Clean, comfortable cabin and an easy drive to Garden of the Gods for hiking, Seven Falls, Pikes Peak and downtown Manitou Springs for groceries. Very friendly staff making check in and check out easy. A beautiful path across the street was perfect for an evening walk after dinner.

The young gal who checked us in was super friendly, and apologized for having to charge us for parking (we booked from an online service, so they offset by charging for parking). It was minimal! They warned us ahead of time re:short staff, and very light breakfast -it was still adequate! The room was large, clean and relatively updated for being an older building. The staff was really friendly and that is why we rate this place highly! They even wished us luck hiking the Incline!

Great motel in a great location SPOTLESSLY CLEAN and SPACIOUS ROOM. Friendly check-in with helpful knowledge of area dining options. All this and GREAT RATES! We are looking forward to a return visit soon.

This is my home away from home. I travel to Manitou Springs quite often and this is my forever go-to place to stay. The staff is great and the location is perfect. I have never encountered an issue during any of my stays. It is nice to walk in and the staff knows you're a regular. It's clean, it's safe and the location is great!

Location is prime. Especially if you are wanting to minimize your parking hassles. The free shuttle is right across the street as well as the park where there are events. Everything was within walking distance: multiple dining options, bars with live entertainment, shopping, huge arcade and the fountain springs. The motel usually closes their outdoor pool and jacuzzi but because of the warm temperatures it was still open! Bonus!!! After climbing the incline! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the shampoo dispenser wasn’t working g properly and the remote would not turn the tv on but worked for everything else. WiFi worked very well for a ZOOM meeting.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff was super friendly, everything was very clean and quiet, and the location is great with many things to do close by. We will definitely be returning!

Stayed 1 night in the cabin. This place is immaculate, super tidy, staff is friendly & helpful. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect for a good nights rest before hiking the incline. The motel is located across the street from the bus stop & a very nice park with a little creek. I can't say enough what a great place this is. We will definitely stay again.
