We were given a room on the first floor. The keys wouldn't work, so we had to get the cards re-keyed. When we walked in the room, there was a noticeable smell of urine, so we took a room on the second floor, which was better. Again, though, one key card had to be re-keyed. The room was clean, but we had a little difficulty with getting shampoo, and body wash to come out of the in-tub dispensers. Other than that, the service and staff were adequate.

The beds were up on stilts, very high for a 5ft lady. I had to step on my suitcase to get into bed and injured myself in the process. The beds were very firm and made my back worse. The chair was very worn and should’ve been thrown away.

Horrible stay. Beds are so high off the ground (32inches off the ground-yes we measured) that my disabled mother could not physically get into the bed and was forced to sleep in a chair in the room. The front desk woman only told us that she is aware of how high the beds are and needs to address it with management. They said that next time they can offer a stool for her to walk up onto the bed…even though she’s handicapped and can’t walk up stairs. They did not offer to do anything else to assist. Additionally we had issues with the TV and contacted the front desk 5x and got different answers each time we called for assistance to the front desk. None of the plugs/outlets next to the beds work so we charged everything in the bathroom outlet. We had several other issues (front door card reader trouble), but the point is—We will NEVER be staying at this location EVER again. Our best advice- don’t waste your money and book your hotel room somewhere else.

After going and getting cleaning supplies, disinfecting the floor, and removing unknown splatter on the doors and walls, the room was good—urine smell gone and clean room accomplished. Nothing could be done about the rusted shower and tub.

Everything was great. Employees were nice and friendly. Until there was someone in the lobby talking too loud and woke us up. We stayed in room 112 which is next to the lobby. She kept going on for hours until my wife got up at 4am and told her to be quiet. Not sure if that persone was on the phone or talking to one of the employees. Please have your graveyard shift employees to keep the lobby quiet. Thanks

Not sure what was going on with smell from air conditioning but rooms were still clean and nice

I was traveling alone, w I th my dog. I had no problems, but when walking my dog in general area, it felt a little sketchy due to numerous vagrants after dark. The motel was clean and comfortable and quiet. As i couldnt go anywhere nearby for a snack, i opted for a snack from from front desk...thought $3.00 a bit much for a very small bag of chips. The breakfast was very nice and the server was most friendly and made me feel comfortable.

King bed was comfy, the pull out sofa was too thin, all springs but I always pack and extra queen size blow up, because I’ve never seen a good pull out sofa that was comfortable.

Pictures on expedia website were nothing close to what the rooms or property looked like. Rooms were dingy, beds were noisy, hotel was dated and had lots of scuff marks all over. I will never stay here again.

I liked that we were able to be accommodated for a connecting rooms, there was complimentary breakfast from 6am-9am. I especially liked how there was a fridge AND a microwave.

The staff was the nicest people and so polite. thanks to them. The room had a toilet seat that was not bolted to the toilet so my wife slid off of it. the toilet paper holder fell off the wall when using it.
