Good property, good service, slow at times though. Lots of walking and stairs depending on the room. Rooms are extremely basic. Bathroom amenities are sparse...no idea what the hair conditioner is, shampoo or body wash is. Food can be a hit and miss with long line ups at the buffet as the staff is very slow in preparing the meals at the cooking stations. To be honest was over priced for what we got but maybe it was the season. I would rate it as a 3 star property.

Beautiful setting, right on the beach. Food was excellent, staff were very attentive. Kids loved the animation team. Would highly recommend.

The resort was very nice, the pool was big but the waterslide was not great, though my kids still had fun playing on it and the organized activities provided by staff. The only issue we had was being able to walk on the beach because of how many "beach boys" were hanging out right at the stairs of the resort.

We spent here 7 dayss with family. Everything was perfect. Personal were Very kind. The eat there was excellent.

Cool fresh air. Warmth and professionalism of the employees. Could not wrap my head around the salt water shower. A desalination plant would be an asset to the property!!

Hello, the hotel staff was very nice, so one looks away from small mistakes in the room (I was bothered by the touch of mold from the sink, my husband's lack of air conditioning). What was a big problem, however, was the availability of the hotel from the airport in Mombasa:( Hotels.com states 45 minutes, but in fact at night after arrival the taxi took 2 hours !! The hotel goes across the river and you have to use a ferry. The journey back to Mombasa took 4.5 hours !! it was monday morning, crazy traffic and we only waited for the ferry for 3 hours :( that day only two ferries operated. Fortunately we didn't go to the airport, but we continued elsewhere in Kenya. So watch out, the only way is through the ferry. This may have been an exception, but both night (after midnight) and morning trips took significantly longer than the hotel reports. The hotel had a great pool with a very pleasant water temperature, I emphasize that. And the beach right next to the hotel very nice :)
