Moldy AC, no hairdryer

No hand soap in bathroom. Could have coffee available all day in lobby for guest who are traveling far.

I checked in, went to my room, opened the door, only to find that somebody else was already in my room. I asked him how long he had been in the room, and he said that he had checked in two hours prior. THEY GAVE AWAY MY ROOM, and I had to find out about it by opening the door on some naked guy. They gave me a substandard room as a replacement, and eventually found another room like the first, but this was total incompetence in running a hotel.

Outstanding service! This hotel was clean, quiet, and everyone was extremely friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

I booked a room with a king bed, what I received was a double, I was so tired i just crashed and decided to deal with it until the following day staff was good to me and switched my room. they need to do something about the roaches there was a roach larger than my first born child in the bathroom. also apparently every hotel charges for parking in Austin? or I was just being gaslit so I would not complain about the parking fee...?

Experience was good! Staff was super helpful and assisting! The outside of the building is a bit of a deterrent but once inside it’s not bad at all. A good spot for the cost!

The staff was always right there at the desk to even just say hello or ask if we were good so far as we came through.

It was good however the room was SUPER hot. It never got cold. & When we went into the room for the first time after checking in it was already open. Staff was very friendly and polite.

The worst thing was the smell of weed in the room. We took Febreeze which helped a little. The bed was comfortable.

All star experience especially for our budget. Sure , pay $5 nightly for parking, better than a $40 parking garage! Yes, prepare to pay a $25 deposit when you check in. Noooo big deal. If you dont read reviews or call the property directly with questions, that's on you. Why would they serve breakfast if you have your own kitchen? Think, people, b4 you gripe! This place is outstanding! If you can afford a palace with servants, go for it!

Extremely disappointed. Avoid! First off the staff was very friendly during check in, we checked in early and by doing so we had to pay an additional $25 which at the end of the day isn’t a big issue but I travel quite a bit and have never been charged for an early check in as a courtesy if they have a room ready. However, upon entering the room we found a handful of dead bugs lying around, it clearly was not cleaned very well prior, and the more we looked under furniture etc. the worse it got! the room also had a smoky/musty smell in it. In addition to the dead bugs, we had several (at least 10-15) live bugs in the room over the course of 3 days that we had to kill ourselves, including a rather large one in the bath tub. This was gross!! Me and my son were very reluctant to sleep in the bed considering the state of the room. On top of this, the air condition in the room sounded like Optimus Prime every time the fan turned on, so we continually got woken up throughout the night and ended up turning off the AC and having to sweat it out which was very unpleasant. All in all, this was quite a horrible experience, there’s the saying “you get what you pay for”, but in some cases you definitely don’t. We would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our stay was for hospital procedure. The office person was great and very helpful.The hotel was clean and bed very comfortable. It was quiet and very clean. I don’t know her name but check in lady on August 28 around 2:00 pm was excellent and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
