Lovely hotel, very comforatable rooms. Good location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Train service quite near.

Very nice looking, clean, small room. The only downside was the unconfortable pillows (way too large), and breakfast was very expensive, 24 euros.

I was a bit put off by the room. It was very oddly shaped, like a wedge. It was very narrow and did not accommodate 2 large suitcases very well. It was very white and really, really bright with two walls of nothing but windows. The left side of the bed had to be accessed by climbing across the right side. Not very good for adults over 60 years old. Tip for other travelers: Ask to see the floor plan. This was room 514. It's the only oddly shaped room on the floor. I booked the room in December and it felt like we were given the "red headed stepchild" room.

Fromt desk lady was fantastic and very accommodating. I appreciated her service after a very long travel day. Rooms are spacious and modern. It was a bit too warm in the room even with full cool and fan. The patio is very loud all night.

The breakfast not good or not enough for the prices of it, hard bread, not hot food in menu, very disappointing

It was (for me) unique in feel and so a refreshing experience. Check in was a bit late - 2 pm would have been better than 3 pm - and the carpet from the lifts to the rooms badly needed vacuuming. Also the bottom of the room doors outside needed washing.
I wish Ruby Hotels good luck with their mission.

Noise from the streets on a Friday and Saturday horrendous upto 5am. Construction work noise commenced at 6am. Soundproofing from adjacent rooms and floors above very bad. You could hear person blowing nose, baby crying and the 5am shower above.
Such a pity, but glad I’m home to sleep.

Everything was really good. The only problem was a really noisy bar outside our window that kept going until 5am!
