The staff was very kind and apologetic when I found a bedbug in my bed the last night. No discount was offered but I was moved down the hall to another room. They were throwing away mattresses during my stay, so I assume there was a recent infestation and they were dealing with it. Perhaps I was just there for the tail end of it. Nonetheless, some kind of discount would have been nice.

Cleanes, spacious. Bed was excellent.
Didnt like - poor staffing, inadequate morning breakfast, not caring enough for patrons. Staff in check in at front desk wasnt helpful or friendly. Acted cold and aloofed.

The room had a jetted tub with plenty of hot water and powerful jets. I had a good night's rest in a bed with a memory foam mattress. Bed and bathroom linens were clean. Everything worked. It was quiet. Most of all, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider future stays at this hotel.

I had booked a room and already paid for it. When I showed up to check in they told me they had overbooked and didn't accept my payment so they didn't have a room for me. No notification, no offer of any kind, no sorry, no nothing. Just that I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. A refund because i had already paid for my room and was told there's another hotel up the road, ONLY because i asked what I'm supposed to do now. I travel a lot and have never had this happen and to be handled with so little care or even a notification BEFORE I arrived at the hotel. Awful.

This hotel is a little old but in decent condition. No overtly bad problems noted. The carpet didn’t feel the cleanest. The walls in the shower had a couple spots of dirt on them. Very close to interstate which can be good but noisy at night- I needed white noise to sleep. Overall good for tte price point. Mattress quite firm, not the most comfy but I slept alright. When it says 2 beds, they mean 3 full sized, NOT queen

Never at front counter, no food in morning, room not ready even 3 hours after check in time, room durty, dusty etc. Outside garbage cans full and tons if cigarette butts . I could go on and on
