Lovely location close to restaurants and shops. The beaches are also close, but there is a lot of steps to get down there. The room is perfect for a couple visiting Sorrento 😊

We did not realise at the time of booking that this was just a B&B place , with no facilities for breakfast . For use of the elevator to carry our bags , a payment of 10c is required every time . We did not carry small change , hence had to manually lift our bags both inward and outward. Location is a bit off the centre of town.

Great location but some rooms do get a bit of traffic noise.there isn't breakfast provided as some have said in the past but for the money a good place to stay,friendly staff and helpful.

I spent five nights here on my own, and it felt like I lived here. The hosts are very nice and helpful, and only around when you need them, contributing to the feeling of having your own place.

The location is superb, our room was lovely and tidy and the reception team were really friendly. This is a hidden gem, when you arrive it looks as though you are entering a residential apartment but what is hidden within is great, only 4 rooms but super spacious and clean.

Check in was not easy...no one there when I arrived...1030am. Had to leave bag elsewhere to go sight seeing....all else okay

When we arrived the B and B was difficult to find, we rang the number given and the lady on the phone said she was waiting outside and hung up on us. When we rang again to explain we needed directions she hung up on us again. When we finally arrived there was a problem with our booking and they moved us to an apartment 10 minutes up the road on the high street. It was very noisy and run down and we were not happy with the room. We let them know this via the website, the next evening we were approached on the street by the lady that booked us in and she began to question us and shout at us on the street. It was extremely unprofessional.

Nobody was there when we arrieved, but a staff person came within 10 min after we called. Location is great, close to all the night shopping/eating fun. Room was very clean. A bit far from train station and ferry.

Our favorite location at the far less crowded end of town. Near a laundromat, supermarket 10 minute easy walk to the town center. The building has a small elevator or walk up 2 flights of stairs. Great staff. Simple breakfast @ a nearby cafe included.

I loved my stay and didn't want to leave! Friendly helpful staff and a great location to explore the Naples bay and the Amalfi coast areas. A 5-10 minute walk to the train station and sita bus. Great value for the price paid.

This was adequate for all my needs and convince even extended by 2 nights so that says it all, I hope.

We did not expect to arrive late -- after 8pm. We did not have a concept of the Amalfi coast traffic. Because we arrived after 8pm, we were charged 25 euros! That wasn't very welcoming. Vital took copies of our passports but failed to return it which caused panic on our part since they did not live in the property. Good thing we were able to reach another personnel who told us where our passports can be found. Room with balcony was clean. Towels were sufficient. Room was cleaned everyday and sheets/towels were changed every other day. Wifi connection was good. Get detailed description of location, otherwise you will miss it. We circled back and forth before we found it. The sign was like 12"x12"x12"x12" in size and could hardly be seen at night.
