Great stay. Everyone was super curtious. And it was really centrally located near what I was in town for.

We were there for a conference, internet didnt work , air cond didnt work, food was terrible prison style food. Worst of all a few of us including myself were charged incidentals as high as $86 for charges that wete not ours or consumed
One of the delegates got charge $238 cancellation fee which never happened and no one in the hotel can assist when you call from overseas once you look at your cr card statement

Located directly across the street from the King St Metro Station, allowing easy access to DC. In addition, there are numerous fine restaurants within walking distance in an area that is very safe.

Paper thin walls or just plain lack of sound proofing with connecting rooms. Unacceptable for a Hilton. Was traveling with children and we were all kept awake passed midnight with inappropriate neighbor noises. Sure they have the right to enjoy their room, but it sounded like all that was separating us from them was a curtain. For a company claiming they’re in the business of sleep, they failed for us.

Asked for a quiet room
Away from the elevator so they put us over the gym where everyone somebody dropped the weights the room would shake with a rumble.

Great place for a week visiting Vancouver. Sky train station is within walking distance, comfortable room and bed.

We love this hotel as it is close to King Street shopping district and metro station. Staff is friendly, rooms are spotless and beds comfortable. We have stayed here 3 times and would book again.
