better breakfast

This was the WORST stay we have ever had! The walls are paper thin so we could hear every move the people in the room next to us made. There was no shower curtain liner so water went everywhere. And the shower is mounted so high it goes over your head so you can't even get wet. The room curtains had no liner either so we couldn't open the thicker curtains at all. All the lights in the room were SUPER dim so the room was really dark. The wifi didn't work the entire time. The bed pillows were so tiny. No plug anywhere near the desk. AND THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF FOR NO REASON EARLY IN THE MORNING...TWICE!! The rate we were charged for this nightmare was WAY too much. My advice...go ANYWHERE else but here.

This was a planned stop on the way home from Florida. It was a plain, but clean and comfortable room. My only complaint other than road noise was all light bulbs were low wattage and dim.

The mattress was VERY, VERY old and uncomfortable. I felt springs in my back all night. I woke up in pain. We only stayed one night, we just needed a good nights sleep. The desk workers were friendly and polite. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it smelled good when we checked out.

We’ve enjoyed Wyndham for the low price but feel we are getting the low price accommodations… toilet seat falling off , toilet paper so far back had to take it off … yuc stains on the couch , realized how dirty floor was after dropping water and wiping , decorations just not up to par and no ice bucket to name a few , but people were lovely though

The front desk person was friendly!! The hot tub was very relaxing!!

The place was noisy the entire time we were there... even at 2, 3 and 4am ... TVs on loudly in both rooms next to us and the people above us running around and jumping on the floor... Also, I left a phone charger in the room .. called a few hours later and the front desk couldn't "find" it...

Nice people running the establishment. Breakfast very good and clean dining area. Room was really poor in bad condition, broken window, no table in room, bed broken and sunk in. Kind of trashy room. Had the feeling i was put in a room which was not used too oftem

The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. The room was large and clean. Our first night the satellite was acting up, and the manager had to come down to our room to call the satellite company and have them fix it, and never once made us feel it was an inconvenience. They had breakfast items in the mornings….the only thing I will say is that I wish the would start the breakfast hours sooner than 6am as many people leave for work before 6am. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but I’m sure it would have been great.

All in all pretty good. Only cleaned my room one time in a week though.

The room was 'acceptable', minimum supply, TV didn't work, carpet patched horribly, bed good. No coffee in room, no decaf coffee available. 'Breakfast' was an absolute joke. Cold cereal and waffles. Didn't even eat there. I'll never return to this hotel.

Terrible smell, the room is super dirty.

I stayed here last year and had a wonderful experience. This year was not as great. They had a difficult time finding my reservation. When we got into the room we checked for bed bugs--just a standard thing to do in ANY hotel. We didn't find any. The drain in the bathtub was not clear and so by the end of quick shower the water was ankle deep. The tub looked dirty. When we got ready to go to bed we found a bed bug in the bed. Then, after searching the room again, found another one on the floor. They did move us to another room that seemed to be clear of bugs. Upon checking out the clerk said that many times the guests will bring in bed bugs (which is true, and they do spray weekly for them), but that the prior guest in that room had no complaints of bugs...it felt like he was insinuating that my friend and I brought them in which is NOT true. This may have been a "fluke" but i would suggest checking your room very carefully upon arrival.

the beds were hard and un comfordable check out time at 11am but at 8am we couldnot use the room cards

No internet service. When I told front desk female she told I was ready to go??? I had no internet. She said yes and didn’t understand one word I said. No internet

Very little hot water, old bathroom, extremely poor breakfast.

Great hotel, staff was very friendly. The people next door to my room were very loud but other than that no complaints. I loved the jetted tub. It was worth the extra $ for the time I stayed here.

The receptionist was new and it took forever to check in. She finally went and got assistance. We booked this stay because they advertised an indoor pool, however when we went to the pool it was locked. Management said there was a busted pipe and that it was closed.

The front desk check in clerk, Robert Silver, was so accommodating. After completely checking in and learning that we were on the second floor with no elevator, I asked was there any way that we could get a downstairs room. After explaining my situation, he graciously and without hesitation replied yes. He then changed our room to the bottom floor and to a room right at the door so we did not have to walk that far. His genuine concern for our well being meant so much to us. A great big thank you to Me. Silver. Your caring ways are truly appreciated!

Choice to stay here for the heated pooled. Called to make sure it was up and working. Was told yes it was but once we got there it was closed. Being a holiday we knew there wouldnt be much for kids to do so not having the pool was very disappointing for them

Room was big and it was in a very convenient area. All of the staff were wonderful.

There were NO cups nor ice bucket in room. There was a short in the bedside lamp. The hvac scared me, I was afraid of a possible fire when using the unit and DID NOT attempt hair dryer. It looked dangerous. I had an overall bad experience. Was concerned about cleanliness throughout the hotel. There was NO hot water in sink and the shower was tepid at best. Will not visit this hotel again.

We were in town for a wedding and was trying to find something reasonable the people that waited on us were very nice Overall it was ok but the bed was terrible they need new ones! It And the bathroom needs upgrades the lighting was not good and the tub looked like it had seen better days it was not the worst that I have seen But these older hotels really need to invest in their properties

My girlfriend and I planned to stay here for just one night, but due to the conditions of the room and hotel, decided against it. The entire property smelled of cigarettes, including the non-smoking rooms. There were stains in the tub and on the walls. I fell out of the rolling chair due to a broken wheel and my girlfriend almost cut her foot on a cracked tile. We ended up sleeping elsewhere and returning to the hotel the next morning to shower and eat breakfast... which was cleaned up two hours early and before we had gotten to it. Leaving hungry and tired, we would not recommend staying here.

The hallway was Smokey which was understandable. Once in our non smoking room there was no smell at all. The room was clean other than a bandaid on the inside of the door I assume it was to cover the peephole. The check in and out was a breeze. Room was ready on time. Nothing against the hotel at all the neighbors were very loud. The kings bed comfort was a 5/10.

Location ideal. Good value for money.
