LIGHTING VERY GOOD CLIMATE CONTROL DID NOT WORK THE ONLY HEATING WAS SUPPLIED BY A SMALL RADIATOR BEHIND DRAPES WAS VERY COLD AT NIGHT AS HEATING WAS TURNED OFF AT NIGHT.AIR CONDITION UNIT OUT OF ORDER. NO PLACE TO PUT THINGS IN BATHROOM FOR TOILETRIES .TOWEL RACK IN BATHROOM OUT OF ORDER AFTER SEVERAL CALLS ONLY REPAIRED ON LAST DAY

Very convenient to train station. Historic hotel yet very modern in both amenities and design. Great staff willing to help with any situation. Breakfast was full buffet meeting every diet.

Very nice and helpful lady at check in. They had allocated my request exactly, this is really appreciated and why I chose to stay in the Grand in Brno, as they have in past read and actioned my room request. I also like the Nespresso machine in room, a great cup of coffee to start day.

Overall I enjoyed my stays for 3 nights.
A minor suggestion - I would prefer to have tea and coffee pods filled daily by house keeping, rather than asking for these daily.

Hotel service is one of the best. I only need hotwater for tea in the room and air conditioning for those high temperature days.

Unpleasant experience. I paid $140/night but the bath room heating is broken in freezing winter. At first night, I ask them to repair but the reception told me that they will have annual party that night and will have someone to fix it the next day. The next day, They send someone to repair but still can not fix the problem, so the we used a bathroom without heating for 2 nights.

Lovely traditional hotel with a lovely restaurant- The Garden Room
The South Moravian Soup was mouthwatering
We shall return to see our distributors next year and stay here!!

Wonderful location near the train station. Very comfortable rooms. Nice coffee in the room. Friendly staff. I also enjoyed the 12:00 check out.
