Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood (Tribeca), however the bed was small (double) considering the price of the rooms

I love this place. I have no notes.
Food was great, coffee shop was good, jazz club was amazing, service was stellar.
LOVE the white noise in the hallways, the quiet of the rooms themselves despite the entertainment happening in the lounge.
100% would stay here again and I would hope it’s sooner rather than later.
First time ever I felt like I didn’t even need to leave the hotel to have a wonderful stay.
Need to try the cinema and the bar!
The last photo is us being incredibly sad we had to leave.

My spouse and I had a cozy night at the Roxy Hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well-appointed. Only shortcoming was the bathroom, desperately needs an update! Will likely stay again though. Great location and nice stay overall.

Large rooms for a NYC hotel. Very cool interior design and layout. Staff are very pleasant and polite. Not always the fastest dining service.
Roger the doorman was a breath of fresh air. I would stay here again

Paid $1,000 for a suite. Door man extremely rude. Yelling at other guests. Surprised this is a 5 star property. 3 at best. Looks run down. Service at bar was fine. Front desk was abrupt and not friendly or welcoming. Guest check in was an awful non friendly experience.

Staff, in general, were responsive, courteous and attentive. The entertainment is absolutely awesome and brings incredible energy and life. Drinks and food are good too!
The hotel maintanance needs a bit more attention - cleanliness and the rooms need some more amenities - more and better coffee / tea options. Otherwise was really great to stay here and will certainly be back.

We frequently stay at the Roxy Hotel when we visit the city for special occasions like anniversary, birthdays, etc. It’s always a great vibe and there are many great restaurants in Tribeca.
