The place is fantastic

To get to the motel one exits off of US90, which westbound involves going off to the right and stopping at a small intersection before continuing to go under the highway and circling around to reach the motel; the only lign for the motel is a small blue "lodging" sign once you have exited the highway. This gave us a quiet and fairly sparsely populated facility, which made it very quiet. The courteous staff were great! and quite nice about renewing our key cards when they expired after the second day of our stay. The room was very clean. We did have to keep it uncomfortably cold to fight the humidity after we discovered a more comfortable temperature allowed moisture to collect in a large puddle beside one of the beds. Next time we'll bring warmer jammies.

The manger was very nice and helpful. Our first room had bugs and smelled like stale cigarettes so he moved us. The second room was much better.

This was not really the hotel's fault, but about 3 a.m. a dog in a nearby room started barking like crazy. Loud. Really loud. After about 10 minutes, we called the front desk. They sent someone, and the dog was quieted. But about 10 minutes later, the dog started in again, and went on for another half hour or so. Front desk told us the dogs' owners were actually in the room. But for whatever reason, the dog owners were fine with the dogs waking the entire world up. We eventually had to dig through our stuff and find headphones and whatnot to be able to sleep through the ridiculousness. Hotel should have called law enforcement or something. Other than sketchy people around the hotel throughout our stay, it was otherwise okay.

It was a nice stay. The view was amazing. Beautiful. The rooms we got 3 room and 2 room the AC did work it was hot.the down side of this no swimming pool.

We had to stay here to get out of the way of a wild fire however we didn’t stay long enough to sleep there we we given the all clear to go home within 2 hours of checking in however I’d have left anyway in that time we saw 3 roaches and an earwig the place had some repairs that look very questionable we didn’t use the bed or anything in the room but knowing the bug situation we left

The room was filthy at check in which was late spiders in every corner of room went and spoke to owner he said it’s a pods outside spiders can get in I stated rooms should be cleaned daily

It was what it was. It was an updated motor court motel and it felt like an updated motor court. My view was of the adjacent building and laundry area. The room seemed clean yet I was a little afraid to let my granddaughter use the bathtub since that had not been updated. We didn’t stay in the room much, so overall it served the purpose.

The front desk staff do the best they can with what they have. The proximity to the rail line is a definitely not great. The air conditioner unit just didn't work, and you could tell management cut corners or doesn't appear to care. Vending machines ate quarters, and laundry facilities are actually outside (mostly covered, but anyone can access it). Better than the no name motels, but definitely below average for a chain hotel

Love the convenient access to dining and shopping. Love the area around the property with the beautiful old oak trees. A little noisy because of being so close to the highway but tolerable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I don't usually complain but are some things that need addressed at this location. The entry door to room was not in good shape. Concerning enough that I placed a chair under the handle to be more secure. Toilet although clean is out dated Low to ground and about the size of a toilet you would find for a toddler. Maybe a bit larger. Fine if you are not tall or portly. Breakfast was minimal. I believe this property is a bit overpriced for what you get.

Great location only 8 mins from Biloxi and less than 2 minute drive from the beach in Ocean Springs. The room was clean all around with a very comfortable bed and pillows

I love this hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the locations is great. I have stayed here several times. This is my “Go to” anytime I stay in this area. This is a hotel that was purchased and remodeled. It still has a few minor things that need fixed. For example, the shower in our room had more water hat came out the tub spout than it did the shower head. In the other room, the refrigerator didn’t work. I did not report this to the hotel staff and I wish I did.
