I'm very very upset and I will not stay at this hotel again I didn't get really no sleep because the people on top of us was being loud and was making noise all night like stomping and it started at 12:40 kept going on so I called front desk at 2:09 and told them and he said he will go up there but it kept happening and happening I don't like to complain but when u have to drive two hours with no sleep not good so when I got home I slept all day. Not happy at all. And the entryway from the side and hallway smelt like trash it was good at all ..

Myself and 3 other friends came to town for a concert for the night and we got 2 rooms. My room was fine. It was clean, no issues at all. My other friend's room had several issues. It wasn't clean, bed had no sheets and no pillows. When he went down to ask for some pillows, they said they would bring them to him and they never did. He also said he the bed had a plastic sheet, that felt like him and his girlfriend were sleeping on a diaper. And to make things worse, they woke up to a roach crawling on his girlfriend. I did manage to go home with an unexpected cat that was roaming the 2nd floor, which I was told by the girl working the front desk that it wasn't her problem, wanted nothing to do with him and that it was the owner of the property's problem. He roamed the hallway all night and I decided to take him home with me when I saw him the next morning. He's got a good home now, in a much, MUCH, nicer area. Especially for cats. Y'all can leave a response that sounds good to PR, but it won't make me feel any different about my stay. Should I find myself in the area again, I'll stay somewhere else

Our room had no baseboards or mirrors (besides the bathroom) and my wife developed Pinkeye on day 4 of our stay and she did not leave the room on day 3 so it definitely came from our room. She was very rude. And what makes it worse is that we need to stay there because we're between houses for a month and it's the closest and most reasonable for our budget. The floors were dirty and sticky. Crumbs all over the floor. Stains on the sheets and dirty shower. The room smelled like maple syrup and we had to sleep with the windows open and the bathroom fan on. The toliet did not work and no one was there to help with that. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out 1 day early. We cut our whole trip short due to this inconvenience. Will never stay here again. Also, when we got there NO one was at the counter. We waited almost 15 min and no one still showed to help us.

Good location, but the condition and cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. My expectations were low based on the price, but this place didn’t come close to meeting basic standards. The lobby had cracked tiles on the floor and the carpet in the hallways were stained. The room was basic (which is fine), but the bathroom was not cleaned and had tape holding the toilet seat together (Nevermind the hair that was stuck in it) and at 2am someone was trying to get into my room. Overall, I don’t recommend!

This room was not as appeared in the picture! The check in process was rough, initially the manager was rude and difficult to work with. Luckily then we got to work with another lady who was helpful. The hallway smelt really bad while going to the room. The nice part was plenty of parking and closely located to the highway. Overall wasn’t impressed and won’t be staying again.

We checked in an hour after check in time and they still had to go make sure our room wasn’t dirty. Our towels had spots on them and were dirty.

Unfortunately, not a very clean property. Room had standard, cheap, chipped furniture. Bed reasonably comfortable. Ample parking. One must ask for utensils and/or glassware to be provided. Refridgerator not cooling though freezer and microwave worked properly.

The toilet was clugged and there was no one to fix it and front desk does not take the responsibility for anything.
Meanwhile, the breakfast here is a joke!

This was listed as a smoke free property, even on arrival it was posted at the front desk. Go to the room and it reeked of cigarettes, asked for a new room and was told there were no more. Had to look for a new room in the area as husband and I have allergies and I have a CPAP and cannot sleep with that smell everywhere in the room.

This motel is situated near many dining options within 500 feet and a local Walmart for any last-minute needs. However, I was disappointed to find out there were no USB ports in the room itself. So bring your charging block because the technology has not arrived at this motel yet. Also, if you plan to cook, be prepared to pay for an upgrade fee to rent their cookware for use. Whereas other hotels, it’s right there in the drawer for you to use. No coffee maker in the room. No toothpaste, one paper cup. But the room was nice and clean, and that is what counts at the end of the day.
