Hotel was fair for the price. The couch in our room looked like it was from the 1970's but the bed was pretty comfy. There was a smell in the room that was stale, bathroom could use some remodeling. It's just an old building, I get it but needs some upgrades and maintenance.

Office not labeled, drove around building before returning to 'POP' machines at entrance. Car parked in entrance driveway but no one checking in at desk. Payment in advance did not go thru, paid at check-in. Came back later, could not find light switch (behind door). One switch by door turned on "sink mirror light", 2nd one nearest door, did nothing we could determine. Fridge cycled every ~15 min. Noisy enough to tell. Breakfast was acceptable. The only time the room was serviced was when I took a list of items to be preformed to the front desk. Trash was not emptied, towels not replaced, bed not made, floors not vacuumed. Breakfast room not maintained. Numerous items empty. Counters uncleaned. No one assigned to the room during breakfast hours. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. The just needed to be managed...

it was convenient for where we needed to be but that was pretty much the only good thing. the service was friendly. breakfast was offered but no fruit other than yogurt. the milk was in a fridge in a regular milk jug (nothing wrong with that) there was only maybe a quarter of a gallon of milk left. there was some sort of white stuff like pieces of the ceiling or wall paint all up and down the steps (it could have been from another guest's shoes I did see some shoes in the hall in front of another door with white stuff on them). the beds were awful felt like we were sleeping on the ground and the pillows weren't any better they felt paper thin as if we were using cardboard for a pillow. the sheets and bedding were scratchy and thin.

Good value; staff was very friendly and helpful -- the front desk receptionist even changed my room from upstairs to downstairs bc we had bikes to put in the rooms. The breakfast was pretty good, but would have been better with some eggs (scrambled or even hardboiled would have been fine).

The stairwell and floors were filthy. There is no elevator. In our room the towel bar was broken off, the faucet sprayed water everywhere, the shower bar that holds the shower curtain and you could not keep the water from coming out all over the floor. The lamp bulbs were burnt out. The couch was so bad you literally could not sit down on it. You sunk in so far you could barely get up. Terrible experience and definitely not worth the price. Not worth any price.

The room we were given was not cleaned. Blankets were on the chair and there was trash in the garbage. Usually I enjoy my experience but this was not great.. very disappointed as I'm a regular guest.

Cult Mormon Temple picture in a large 3 feet by 5 feet towering over the bed. I didn't appreciate the promotion of the deceitful corporation's symbol in our room.

very close to restaurants, grocery stores and freeway entrance. swiming pool is available. just one we have to be careful is no elevator in this facility, so if you have a heavy luggage, to have first floor room is helpful.
