It was at a great location the staff there were really helpful and professional I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Sapporo.

Very convenient location, close to a lot of popular and good food spots. The bus going to Sapporo Kokusai Ski resort is right in front of the hotel. Susukino station is two blocks away. Rooms are the standard Japanese business hotel sizes (i.e. small by N. American standards).

The hotel was good for transportation, sightseeing, dining, etc. The one bad thing was the low wifi reception, although I didn't need wifi.

Parking is horrid as there is no in property parking and parking nearby is full sometimes and the queue to enter can take long.

I stayed 3 nights and I am happy it was only to sleep for a few hours. The hotel is well located. Lots of restaurant and bars around. Moreover there is a parking, so if like me you come by car this is perfect. But do not expect to have a good night sleep. The beds ( I was in a twin room) are old and clanky. And the rooms are small. I actually had to get the twin room too have more space but they only had a smoking one. The first night was a nightmare but I did not pay attention to the smell after that. If you want an hotel for just one night it can be ok but if you come for several for business and leisure like me get another hotel. I would advise to only consider this hotel if you want a parking.
