The room was fine but the bathroom redefines tiny. If you sit on the toilet your knees touch the sink. Also, the linens smelled stale even after being changed. It was an adequate stay but could have been better.

Really well placed hotel, very close to the train station and city centre sights. The room was excellent with plenty of space. Reception staff were all really helpful.

I stayed here for a conference held at the main campus of the University of Helsinki, and it was the perfect location. Less than 50 metres to the meeting rooms. Breakfast was good but seemed disorganized at times, especially when it was busy -- most mornings I had to remind the staff to bring coffee, as they tended to forget. Luggage storage on arrival (until the room was ready) was not properly secured, which was a bit worrying but turned out OK. They don't do housekeeping unless you ask for it -- they didn't tell me that at check-in -- but I eventually asked for every second day and that was just fine. The location for much of downtown is also good, good selection of restaurants nearby as well

Room size was more than adequate with great comfortable beds and bathroom. Breakfast was usual standard fare but coffe was better than usual.

Great location, close to a lot of the sightseeing spots. Very quiet room. Only issue was temperature control, was warm at night, thermostat could not be set lower.

This hotel was an excellent choice for a short visit. You can walk everywhere. The hotel is very clean and has all the amenities for a low budget hotel. The check in process was quick and easy. Staff is very friendly. They were even able to give me a room way before check in time. I was glad to stay here and would definitely return and recommend staying here
