Its an alright room, tidy as hotel rooms go nothing amazing. The pull out couch is something, theres no pillows for it. The baby crib isnt adjustable in depth which is a real problem. Room definitely had a smell, not exactly dirty but not cleaner smell either.

Hotel was great. Stayed in the same room many times at our request with our dog Zezus. It is so nice to have a friendly hotel. Bed is super comfy. The water pressure is amazing in the shower with nice hot water. Breakfast is always excellent. Hotel staff are always friendly.

The room was very hot when we arrived and we could not cool it off. The only option was to turn the heat off. Breakfast was disappointing.

Disappointed pet fee has risen so much to $25.00. Also no idea why breakfast cards are not given out with check in.

Good price for the queen suite I booked. Nice to see more healthy choices at the free breakfast room. One bad sign was the gym equipment. Every piece of equipment was broken/out of service except the treadmill, which was very old and not functioning properly.

The place was easy to find and clean. The pipes running near the ventalation were noisy, like they had air in the system. But the AC unit was a bit louder so it drowned out the pipes. We had a good night's sleep.

Your staff is what sells your hotel. They were great and breakfast was great.

Carpeting was stained and desk chair tattered. However. Bedding was very good. My sister had a queen bed with sofa bed/sitting area. That was bery nice. Clean and good value for money.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel room was clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and affordable near a small mall free breakfast simple breakfast but good we enjoyed our stay and would go back for sure

When I stayed here for 2 days I enjoyed this hotel very much. The amenities provide like the bar/restaurant and the general area was located in a great easily accessible location. The Mall, Numerous Restaurants and many other establishments were within walking distance or a short drive. I found it very convenient and helpful. Staff was quick, efficient and very clean. While gone most of my first day, I came back to find my room was restocked and bed remade perfectly. Had an issue the second day with a malfunctioning room key but front desk helped assist me immediately and took less than a minute to sort out. Enjoyed my stay very much and I would recommend this hotel to friends and would rebook when I’m in the area again.

Good all round

We had a great stay here! We are moving across the country so we had our pets and they were very welcomed and comfortable here. It was very quiet, too and the free breakfast was excellent.

Bed sheets and blankets might have been re used as there was hair and lipstick on them Key cards only worked about 50 percent of the time

I don’t like rugs in a room they are dirty but overall, the room was pretty good

The staff are friendly especially the lady in the breakfast area greeting and cleaning and the guy who checked us in. The facility is ok but seem a little pricy for the size and amenities they have.
