The room was not comfortable, bathtub dirty. No cleaning services while staying.

I read the reviews before I chose this hotel based on the ratings. Everyone has there own take on their situation. I went in the off season (November) I was excited for the sandy beach and I was ready to sit in a chair and read to my hearts content. Unfortunately across the lake there were jet skiers preparing for a race. All day long a constant jet ski sound. It was extremely loud. Bummed since I drove 2,000 miles to get there. I did feel bad for the hotel. On another note the bed was very comfortable.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms very dated . Balcony area possibly the worst I’ve seen. on the plus side , full size refrigerator and ample parking.

The resort is older and there are things around the resort that are in need of repair. The bathroom facet was loose, the toilet would run. There were multiple sprinkler heads that were leaking water on the sidewalk

Everything was good the only thing was the shower is small but, it was good being there in the hotel the pool and the river was very nice we will go again next year

Love staying here! The ease of docking our boat, being in the center of town and just overall enjoying the resort it’s one of our favorite places in havasu!

Parking eas good i just bought a boat and never had to stay somehere pulling a boat and worrying where i could launch it. This location was amazing. The only downside was i had no cold water in shower it was really hot and to hot to even shower. Had to run a bath and wait for water to cool down

Employees were great. Service was excellent but the rooms were horrendously filthy. Bath tubs black around the rim and floor. Bathroom filthy all together. Living room area table was sticky and unclean. Sink clogged. Thankfully there was two so used the other one. For the price paid we should have stayed at a cheaper hotel and probably would have been cleaner. Note in rooms saying rooms aren’t cleaned daily by housekeeping.

the room is seriously out of date. A/C unit is noisy and out of date. Not properly sealed either. Bathroom lighting is out of date and counter sink as well.

The AC was great but bathroom bit small.
Right by the lake was nice. Pool was great but more for adults has bar near by. You can’t bring your own drinks by pool.

We love staying at this resort. The boat launch rampnos very convenient as are the courtesy boat docks for over night.

It’s like a mini resort. The pool is amazing and having a beach front room was great. It’s pet friendly to boot.
