Woman at front desk was very helpful!

The first room I stayed in had no water pressure, hardly a trickle. When I complained, they moved me to a better room 2 floors lower. The sofa in my first room had visible stains on it, and there were no tissues in the tissue dispenser. When I asked one of the room attendants for tissues, she said she didn't have any.

The front desk attendant could have not been more rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I came before Checkin time at 3pm. When I asked if there was a room to check in I received almost a hysterical answer that the room is. It ready and to come back at checkin time. I said ok, not a problem and either asked if I may drop off my luggage with the front desk.
Again a very rude response that they are not doing that.
He also told me to move my car from the parking spot since I’m not staying in the hotel yet.
I did not have time to rebook but I should have done it.
Terrible person who should not be employed to work with customers.

We did not stay. We tried to cancel our reservation & never heard back from the manager after 2 calls. It was poor service from the hotel. Makes me not want to book with IHG again.

It was good but it could had been better. Pancake machine was not working so no pancakes for breakfast. The trash from our room was never picked up. Our damp towels were never replaced with new dry towels for our whole stay.

Terrible. The hotel receptionist provided poor customer service. She had the exterior glass doors locked and would not let us in the lobby. She spoke to us from 20 feet away through the glass doors and she kept repeating, “we have no rooms, contact your booking agent”. I tried to explain that I already had my reservation with confirmation number but she would not give me an explanation. She continued to repeat herself. There was another family that was there before me and she was telling them the same thing as they were in the same predicament. They had their reservation but were not allowed in. This was very frustrating and caused me to have to look for a last minute change of hotels. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns for close to 30 years now and this was honestly my 1st bad experience. The receptionist could have done better. Now I have to wait on trying to get my money refunded. Not sure if I’ll give them another chance. Maybe, maybe not.

Normally I would have asked to switch rooms, but after working 15 hours and only having 7 hours to rest and go back to work I just dealt with it. But once those elevator doors opened to the third floor it was nasty. I didn’t understand why the hallway was so hot and had nasty odors coming from eacb room like there could be a dead body in one until I got to my room. The entire third floor just creeped me out. The air conditioner was on its lowest at 60 degrees but the room stayed at 78 and my sleep number is usually 68. The carpet by the AC was soaked and has a mildew smell to it. I figured all the rooms had this problem and the hotel didn’t know how to handle it. I travel a lot and the free soap and such is the cheapest they can provide in the hotel business. The breakfast was just sad so I went towards the oatmeal as a saving grace, but it was wayyy too runny. The front desk was delightful though!

The staff was nice and the room was relatively clean after I had to exchange rooms because my original room did not have AC. It’s too hot not to have that working

I was double charged and issue still haven’t be resolved. The front door was locked while the desk attendant was sleep and made us go through the side door time was only 11 pm breakfast was limited due to the pancake and juice machine being broken

The check in people was very helpful and they describe everything good, but the hallways was so hot, the elevator too, the room feels like humidity and the ac i think doesn’t work, the internet was horrible, I have been in another’s Holiday Inn Hotels and i didn’t have that kind of problems.

Everything was good except that when I try to check in. There was no one at the front desk & there was 1 customer ahead of me. I had to wait like 20-30 minutes while I was calling the general manager’s # but not pick up. I even try to call the office # & I hear it ringing from the room next door behind the front desk but no one was in the room as well

I checked in late after 9pm and Hotel was fully booked..The room was clean and not noisy stayed on the 3rd floor..The air-conditioning was not blowing that cool but overall stay was great..The breakfast is good and customer service great..My only negative they charge 100 dollars for incidentals.

The black lady staff working the evening shift seemed incredibly unprofessional to me. She was asleep and I had to knock multiple times to get her to open the door to the hotel. She looks slovenly and Had a trail of dirty Kleenexes Littered on the table top. She wasn’t pleasant and I found myself falling asleep watching her take her time to check me in which took 15 minutes. That’s not an exaggeration. The surrounding area probably cannot be helped, but it is pretty seedy. My hotel room would be best described as adequate. I would Fire that reception-ist immediately she’s the face of your organization; You don’t want her greeting Guests
