Lovely hotel, great location in close walking distance to all the main sights of Brisbane. Really nice restaurant too and we loved the buffet breakfast each morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The reason I've given it a 4/5 is because our room was right at the end of the hotel next to the lift, and seemed to be near to where the waste water from other rooms on our floor flowed to, making it quite noisy through the night and early morning.

The staff were great. No issues there. Check in took longer due to a system issue apparently as there was a double booking not initiated by me. The room was ok but had no extra pillows or bedding. The room was quite small too. There were no coffee sachets for those that do not like barista like coffee. Also paying $5 for $1.50 bottle of water was steep. The fridge didn’t really work either. The food was plentiful and good quality. The beds were very comfortable. Lastly, there wasn’t a feel that this is a 5 star hotel.. location is likely a reason as there were some unlikely characters around the street.

Easy check in and check, room was immaculate, and you walk out the front doors onto Queen Street Mall and the heart of Brisbane. Fantastic.

This is such an easy location to stay in Brisbane with every transport option at your door and the buzzing city right outside I loved my stay here!

Great hotel but don’t go for the pool bar on a Monday or Tuesday because it’s closed. So try and stay different days

Small bed in a bigish room, should be a king, would feel much more comfortable and special. Complimentary water should be Complimentary, read the small print cost $5 per bottle if your not a member.
