All in all it was very good! The room was particularly well air-conditioned, which is my bad bearing in mind the climate impact of it all. The pool area didn’t seem able to accommodate the number of guests, finding a sunlounger without a “towel reservation” wasn’t always easy. We stayed there in June, I can only imagine it would be worse in July and August. But having said that, we had a great time :)

The worst 4 star hotel l have EVER stayed in and l travel abroad a lot!! The food was shocking forcing us to eat out which l had not budgeted for !! The noise from the dual carriageway was shocking to the point they continually played very loud music to drown out the noise. I asked to move rooms but nothing available until out last day. I left the same review with the hotel and doubt I’ll be using your service again

I would be very disappointed if I had booked this place for a holiday! We booked it as it was near Malaga airport. The staff looked as miserable as we felt staying here…. The only good thing to say about this place was that the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful to all guests. Fresh and good food, room always clean.

I can't fault the staff, they really do a great job.
I think what let my stay down a little was the food. I mean it's ok but it lacked any flair or imagination. Not one dish made me say wow, that tastes great!!
I think maybe a new head chef would greatly benefit the hotel as it felt like that department was below the rest of the hotels high standards !
Oh and the air con was turned up way too high in the dining room. On 3 occasions after a few minutes at my table my food was already cold!

Stained bed cover and cushions and also towels.
Very hard working staff.
Quieter area with grass and trees for sunbathing .
Wouldn’t recommend for couples looking to have a peaceful break.

The rooms smelled of cigarettes and an awful odor of sewage. We asked for ice and couldn’t get any and we’re dismissed rudely by the kitchen staff and the receptionist did nothing to help. The pool and outdoor facilities closed at 7pm

Probably one of the best cheap and cheerful holidays I’ve ever been on. Hotel is immense, the staff, the service, the facilities all top notch, the entertainment during the day got everyone involved and the entertainment at evening- well you couldn’t get a seat absolutely chocca every night.
Kids loved it, would definitely come back, location is perfect, very chilled yet active environment, zero problems with zero worries, staff can’t do enough to help you have a great time, Christian on reception absolute gentleman as was the others like Lola and Borja. Wish we had done a week now.

nice hotel with everything you need. We have been to the same hotel 2 times now. The staff is friendly. The mini club and disco are a hit with children and the quality of food and drink is good.

Great pool and (adult) drinks....food is meh lot based on the English. Bed is hard and narrow long pillows.

Arrived at midnight, and despite telling the hotel twice we would be late, they overbooked and gave our room away. They said they had booked us another hotel and paid for the taxi but its not what you want, especially that late. If I book a room it should be kept for me. Ended up at a hotel miles away in the middle of town. Not what I chose. Not happy and never again

Stay definitely falls into the amazing category. 24hr reception was essential, as our flight didn't land till 23:55. Check in was very smooth and straightforward. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and it was excellent each morning. Cleanliness was very good, choice of food was very good, and everything was served hot.
Hotel facilities were excellent, including two pools and lots of sun loungers, etc, and pool bars were also very good. Finally, the price paid was very competitive.
Overall I'm happy to rate my stay highly and will only have good reports of the Alua Sun Costa Park Hotel.

Good location close to the airport, a little bit dated and food not great, but it was reasonably priced and ok for a 1 night stay

Some confusion regarding ordering drinks and coffee with food (nobody to bring coffee and payment was confusing)
