The personnel were very nice. Called to inform me at bout dinner and said they could save us a plate if we would arrive after dinner service. Breakfast and Dinner was simple but tasty. Only criticism would be the room could use a little renovation. The walls in the room and bathroom had holes where something was hung before. And there wasn’t lotion in the bathroom.

Room overlooking the sea, view fabulous. However rooms overlong garden had a balcony. Food very good. Staff excellent

We spent a little over two weeks in Sweden and stayed at several fine hotels. The Clarion Collection Hotel Carlscrona was easily the best of them all. In every aspect from cleanliness and condition to wonderful staff to the delicious food offerings, this hotel is fantastic. It was certainly the very best hotel value we experienced in Sweden.

Great location overlooking the inner harbor of Karlskrona. Friendly staff, great service. Had the complimentary dinner on arrival. Order a bottle of wine, corked unfortunately but replaced with sincere apology. Room was clean and well equipped. Hairdryer a bit weak but that was the only complaint. Breakfast had good varieties of classic full breakfast and was fresh. Cozy hotel that is close to everything. Had dinner across the street at Sjörök which I also can recommend.

Great location and parking close by. If it wasn't for the fact that the rooms are just too hot, it would be a great hotel! This hotel has ventilation problems.There is no AC in the hotel at all, rooms have a fan but that doesn't help when the air is hot and stale. Very hard to sleep. I won't be back until they invest in a proper ventilation system.

More shelf surface in the bathroom. My husband kept his electric razor on the high shelf next to the door. It fell off and was destroyed. It was very inconvenient having to keep most of our bathroom items somewhere else.

Great location; really good breakfast....except the coffee was quite weak. Staff was really helpful and very pleasant. Room was a bit small....very hard for 2 people to move around at the same time. Bathroom was a good size, with a big walk-in shower.

Great staff...Really a 5-star, 3-star hotel. It's as good as you can get...nice location near downtown. Breakfast and evening meal are both well prepared.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me in every way. It has a very good breakfast buffet, as you'd expect, but also a dinner buffet that's its equal. We were able to use the Jacuzzi, which was much appreciated. The staff members we contacted were very helpful and attentive to our needs. On-site free parking.

Lovely, cosy hotel situated right next to the habour. We got a superior room that faced the courtyard, which was probably good as we prefer real peace and quiet (the ocean views face the road, which ran parallel to the harbour). The room was fantastic, clean comfortable beds and a modernised bathroom. Staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel is located within walking distance of downtown Karlskrona (10-15 min walk away), which was nice. We really appreciated especially what was included in the hotel rate - a great breakfast and dinner buffet spread, with both warm and cold items, as well as free WIFI. It allowed us to be able to enjoy the area without having to worry about excess spending. Would definitely go back again!

Even thoiugh I was only in Karlskrona for a day and half, the staff of the Clarion Collection Carlscrona were able to give me suffiencient details to make the sight-seeing choices easy to select. The hotel is located right off the main highway but facing the water or a charming coiurtyard. Since this is a walkable city, parking the car makes sense. The lot provided for car was nearby. The rooms are small but very functional and clean and comfortable. I found both the breakfast buffet as well as the dinner provided to be more than ample. Internet service is available free in the rooms as well as in the llobby.
