The quality of the hotel was not in line with the room rate. The bed was very hard, leaving with a stiff neck after four days. Overall a good stay, but way too expensive for the quality.

excellent location, walking distance to the town centre. Fast hi-speed wifi, clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast with an excellent spread. has always been my favourite hotel in Parma.

City was within walking distance. Love the spacious room, privacy, and complimentary water bottles. Fridge and AC on second floor didn’t work but got fixed upon request.

Large old style hotel, very grand inside. Lovely room with massive very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. Only stayed one night but we were very happy with the hotel. It was easy to find and park the car and only a short walk into Parma

Breakfast was excellent, fresh, lovely bread and butter , fresh fruit, huge choice.
Reception staff unsmiling but efficient. Lacked any local knowledge , and guides us to visit the centre for shopping , as opposed to a local shopping mall, but in fact the shops and cafes were all closed . It would have been appreciated to get have been told that. And that the park entrance is behind the hotel .

My hotel accommodation was fantastic! The staff (reception) were all accommodating, courteous, and displayed professional work ethics. The food was fantastic as they offered variety and good options for breakfast!!!

We were 4 mature Welsh Rugby supporters staying for 3 nights in Parma for the rugby match. We checked in late, at 9.00pm, the reception person was very helpful in sorting the check-in and telling us where the best places for meals in the city centre. Nothing was a bother the whole stay. The room was spotless and very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was very good with everything you need. You can have unlimited amount of drinks and food. Will definitely stay here again.

The AC was turned off for the season too early and the room was hot and we were bothered by the noise and mosquitoes from the open window we were forced to leave open.

Staff appeared to be inexperienced not trained properly- wait was too long for ordering cocktails and getting them after our meal was served!

We found this an excellent hotel, large comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. It isn’t too far from central Parma or the University. Would stay again

This is one of the old fashioned hotels which are well preserved until today. The furniture, decoration, floor are very nice and makes you feel like you are in the 60's.
The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent.
When you park, there is no sign saying that you have to pay for the parking. When we checked out they told us that we have to pay 15 Euro for 1 night parking and we refused because no one told us about that charge in advance so they were honest and did not charge us.
This hotel is highly recommended.
