We stayed in room 306 and didn't check in until late at night. My wife and I had business in the area and by the time we checked into the hotel we were exhausted. We frequently stay at Best Westerns and were considering joining their program; However, this stay made us decide against that. We both awoke feeling as if we were suffering from extreme allergies. In the morning we were able to see the room clearly and noticed that the Air Conditioner was COVERED in MOLD which was blowing on us the entire evening.
We packed up immediately and went to the front desk to discuss the issue. Nobody came to greet us after 15 minutes so we simply left. We won't be staying at a Best Western again.

The breakfast was OK, but they were out of orange juice 4 days in a row.
However, my room smelled of cat litter, even though I was told no cats are allowed in guest room. I found pieces of sausage and cat food and crumbs under the bed skirts. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they took 2 days to clean it. The bathroom was also dirty, with soap scum on the faucet and part of a razor under the sink. Also, the fitness center has poorly maintained machines and each day there was only one towel.
I travel to Waukesha several times a year, and I will never stay at this hotel again. The assistant manager tried reaching the general manager/owner several times and said he was unreachable.

The staff was very kind, I saw the presence of several cleaning people. The room, bedding and sheets looked clean and it smell fine. I just think it’s an older building. We needed to stay a night for a concert and we succeeded. Thank you staff.

The staff was excellent. They gave me the time to solve some problems I had. They were supportive and positive. I appreciated their efforts. :)

I wouldn't recommend as a place to stay unless you absolutely need to. It smells like cigarettes on the second floor and the bathroom was outdated. The Tv was the only thing the room had going for it since it was a smart tv other than that it was just kinda old and outdated.

The room appeared to be updated, however, the sheets on the bed has some very gross spots so i slept on top of the covers my first night and specifically asked the front desk to have housekeeping change my sheets. When i returned at 8pm, my room still had not been cleaned.
Parking is a little odd, but close the the strip mall.

We stayed for four nights no one came to take trash or replace towels when we were there and the bottom of the fridge was dirty
