Nice and clean near some nice restaurants in Pachuca. I did have some internet issues, but the staff quickly addressed it. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable.

A good 4* hotel, great location, the staff is very friendly and efficient. The breakfast definitely the best of Pachuca! But the building needs maintenance all around:, mainly in the bathrooms,

The service was lacking when we checked in. We even called to notify we were arriving late. What really upset me about this stay is that my friend and I got accused of stealing towels when we reported that no towels were in our rooms. The main check in staff member even went upstairs to our room to verify that we weren't making it up. In addition, we booked 4 rooms with double bed preference. Not one bed was a double bed. The water pressure was low but the rooms were modern and the bed was comfortable. The redeeming feature of this property was the excellent breakfast options and overall morning breakfast service. I wish that high caliber of service trickled to all other areas of the property.

When getting on or getting off the bed it makes a noises and this was very unpleasant. On our first night the pillows didn’t smell clean at all. But most importantly I never saw or heard about any extra steps on disinfecting anything, they only had gel in some areas.

From the outside it is hard to tell it is a hotel, it actually looks like it is an office building, and it is easy to miss the HK hotel name on the side. Defenitely good value. Breakfast is included and is very good. I did get WiFi during my entire stay in this hotel, the last couple of days it slowed down a bit, but overall is fine.

Very good experience at this hotel. Small, cozy & clean, rooms are big & comfortable, staff is attentive & helpful and breakfast is really good, just have to find a way to have more parking space. Definitely a nice place to stay in the city.

Good clean nice and new hotel it’s close to the la joya plaza
