Excellent location in the heart of everything. Great room and bathroom. The breakfast selection is bad. The eggs were mixed with that wet ham that Spaniards love--we hate it. The coffee machine gave me barely-warm milk instead of hot coffee. The television worked only when it wanted to. The front desk tried to help.

The hotel is right opposite the cathedral. We were allowed an early check in at monsters cost and the lady at reception was delightful. Everything was wood, tiles, marble or stone; it was all well-used but it in a very decent state. Parking was feet away and the breakfast was first class.

Fantastic stay , fantastic gem staff great parking close by great breakfast and what a view Should recommend it to anyone looking for a spot to stay , Town markets at night fantastic and the food unbelievable

Great location, central to all that Burgos has to offer while being outside of the nightlife so not as noisy when you’re trying to sleep. The only thing I would change is to update the bathroom and ameneties, which were not very good.

Very well situated, right next to the cathedral . Room was a bit dated and had two singles instead of a double bed. Don’t assume the water/snacks are free! All in all a little expensive for what you get.

A lovely hotel that's showing its age a little. However, the staff were extremely helpful, and the location is superb. If we were to return to Burgos we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very centrally located right in front of the beautiful cathedral. Very clean, reasonably priced for this location. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel was very polite and helpful.

It was a very cold & windy two days we spent at the hotel. The reception staff are great. There is parking acress the street but no elevator, only stairs, and no bell service to help with luggage. The room had an amazing view of the Cathedral but is limited on services and amenities The hotel is close to many restaurants. Two problems for older english speaking guests is that there are a lot of stairs to go up and down outside the hotel and no english speaking channels on the TV. We ate at the buffet breakfast twice and it was fine with great views also. X44275

No facilities for relaxing ie no bar, no area to sit and relax in the hotel. No soft furniture in the reception area.
