Visited this motel before. It has been updated a little, we stayed in a separate part of the complex so that was good. We brought our dog, and she was very happy. Lots of areas to eat are close by. Fast food and a couple of restaurants. It filled our needs for a nice night of rest from the wine country. Nice swimming pool.

This place was a shame. The room was recently remodeled and very large! However, very dirty. The floors need to be WASHED bad. Not just dusted. There was dirt smooshed into the floors *everywhere*. Also multiple hairs in every towel. It's clear that the cleaning service there doesn't replace things.. they go in, gauge whether they think something was used or not, and hang it up.
Here's how I know this (get ready to throw up). The breakfast... rather than putting out new items, they reuse everything. I mean everything. Those one time use butter packs? Yeah.. they took what people didn't use and ADDED IT BACK to the pile. SAME THING WITH COFFEE CREAMER PACKS.
I don't want to judge the 'culture' of the person running it but I kid you not, I told my wife it was going to be that way before we even walked in. The pancake batter was legit vomit worthy. My guess is they just had been reusing the same stuff day after day after day.
We brought up the cleanliness to the guy at the desk but he didn't seem to understand (his English was very broken). Nice guy and all but, he just doesn't understand what people look for.. his standard for things like food are not our standards.
Needless to say we got out of there as quick as we got in. Could it have been worse? Yes, so that's why I rated it 2 and not 1 star. But it's just a bummer - after their interior remodel - they have an opportunity to make this place MUCH better than it is.. they need new staff!

We chose this place because we had our dog with us. The room is very large and is comfortable for us. Our dog enjoyed it other people had dogs. The manager and his wife are very nice and we had great conversations with them.

Property is older and not the cleanliest. Bathroom was dirty. Walls are thin and you can hear everything that takes place in rooms adjacent to yours. Cute town but, not much nightlife. We stayed here due to the proximity to the wineries.

Very fast and easy check in. Super friendly staff. The location is easy to get to and they have a pool thats fun to play in. Our room was amazing. We booked a room that had 3 beds and good space! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

New owners had recently taken over and were enthusiastic about pleasing guests and renovating the property. Our suite was roomy and parking was free and easy. Breakfast was complimentary and the pool looked well kept though we didn’t use it. Other guests were friendly and the cost was lower than comparable stays.

My mom has PTSD & freaks out over the fireworks & M80's etc. it's difficult to find a place to stay that we don't hear them but r room was very quiet, we were very comfortable & had a wonderful rest & we only had to travel 2hrs from home. I know it must sound strange to u but it was a blessing to us & r lil 6 lb senior puppy was welcomed w/o any questions. Negative would be the elevator getting stuck twice becuz two larger men squeezed in with a LOT of food & I was not only stuck & couldn't get out but then the elevator got stuck too, it was kind of scary for a short period of time. But over all we are hoping to have a repete experience next year, maybe not the elevator lol Thank you everyone!!

It could have been nice but first impression of staff not welcoming and tried to overcharge as my rate for 2 nights was to be 240.00 but receipt showed 496.00 It was resolved via Expedia got room discounted to 95 per night. Room in desperate need of repair. Fly's in room. Not cleaned as was used soap in shower and lotion and hair samples were half used. Did not feel secure. View of opened shed in back outside of window did not feel safe like a murder shed is what it felt like from a horror movie. Was told by front desk that pool was dirty and unusable while I saw people swimming in it. Just ended up getting dinner and locking myself in room with chair against door also window in bathroom was left unlocked glad I checked it. Will never stay there again my friends are travel agents and I am in the Media industry.

I had complained about the air conditioner not working properly after night and asked to be moved to a different room, to which the manager replied that there were no other rooms available. However… the parking lot was NEVER full, so I doubt this to be the truth. When I complained again upon check out about the air conditioner, he said that they were going to replace the unit, but did not provide any compensation or anything for my troubles. Also, the room was dirty… we found several soda bottles under the beds that were not ours. The breakfast was definitely subpar and not what I’m used to from past experiences at Quality Inns. The only redeeming feature was the pool, which was refreshing but also not very clean.

The hotel room was old and musty. They said it was pet friendly but did not have an adequate place to take your dog. They wanted you to take it behind the hotel where there was lots of junk and debris abd NO grass, no pet station to put your dogs poo. Not pet safe at ALL. They watered the only grassy area they had during the day so you couldn't even sit out there and enjoy the area. The ice machine was outside and was absolutely disgusting. I would never stay here again. The pictures of the rooms are NOT what they look like. I wish I had taken pictures

We stayed here two nights in the same week. The first night was pretty average. The breakfast quality of food is okay, but not very well monitored as some items were not stocked in the middle of the short breakfast time. And the offerings are pretty meager. For example they don’t have butter for the waffles…
They have super short pool hours. We asked about hours for the pool a little after 9 pm and they employee laughed and told us it was closed because it was nighttime. Most hotels the pool is open until 10 or later. The one time we did get to use the pool we could tell the filter hadn’t been run in a while.
The second night we stayed our experience was poor. I had to wait over 5 minutes at the front desk to speak with someone and then I only did because I went out the office door to the hotel grounds and found an employee. The room we stayed is smelled really bad. We tried to switch rooms but they were full.

Pool water was murky, no ice, very limited outlets for phone charging in room, lighting in room was very dim and bad for reading. We will not stay here again.
