Stayed in a Comfort room which was perfect for our 1 night stay whilst visiting friends. Room/en suite spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and nice powerful shower. Slept well with no noise as the hotel is located on a quiet road. Room had everything we needed with coffee machine, robes/slippers, toiletries, fluffy towels plus a mini fridge, fresh milk and a welcome juice drink. We didn't use the hairdryer/steamer. Good email communication from the hotel after booking with relevant information. Tried to use the mobile key to access the building on arrival having downloaded the guest app but I didn't get the option to open the front door. So pressed the buzzer and we were let in and given a key card for our room/door access. We had intended to eat breakfast in the attached Dorothy & Marshall restaurant and wandered down Sunday morning at about 8.45am to be told they couldn't serve us as we hadn't booked. The place was empty apart from 2 occupied tables so wasn't busy. Annoying as no nearby places open to eat till much later. So it was a quick trip to Greggs to buy a couple of bacon rolls to eat back in our room with a coffee.Popped our heads into the Library which looked a cosy room if you had time to spare and use facilities for free coffee. I also picked up a couple of apples seeing as we had been unable to eat a full breakfast there. Lack of reception not an issue for us as easy checkout via email and key drop box as we left. Would definitely recommend staying here

This is the second time visiting on business, it is always very easy to access the hotel and room using a personalised app, the rooms are always clean, modern and comfortable. Even going the extra mile with personalised handwritten notes and juice on arrival. Would recommend and will book again!

Always love staying here. 3rd time for us. Enjoy the little touches like the luggage linen for the bed and the in app manual and room key. Just the shower wasn’t draining quick enough on last visit so hopefully that will be sorted for next guests. We will be back.

I thought about knit picking here to try and help this pretty new property develop but the place was actually great. Didn’t actually deal with any staff as app based which worked perfectly hence the 5!

Very clean and welcoming hotel. It is also situated near shops and has many transportation options.

There was a ‘grab and go’ option but this seemed overpriced for what it included. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby however.

What a wonderful stay at Brama. The rooms are well maintained, offering a luxurious experience. Bedding and towels were great quality. The care taken, to create a stay that was truly comfortable, was notable. The complimentary fresh juice was a unique special touch too. I enjoyed the stay so much, I booked a second night whilst I was there.

This was an excellent hotel stay with rooms that were wonderfully decorated and well equipped. They really have thought of everything. A free drink on arrival is a lovely touch. Moreover the bed and pillow ls were so comfortable. Is definitely go back if I was in the area.

Loved this place- the only place in London I’ve ever enjoyed as a hotel. Thank you so much for accommodating us and being so wonderful when we needed an extra night when my mom got sick. We are so grateful and I will be back!
