Lovely stay at this hotel. The staff,room and restaurant were great.
The only downside is the access to the beach where you have to walk a ways and through the train stop to reach a nice beach.
The staff was a big highlight and we loved our room.

The service at breakfast was non-existent! Staff were often rude or ignored us when we tried to order hot drinks. Breakfast buffet was appalling…

The Intercontinental was truly an upper class place. Views, pool, Amazing breakfast overlooking the water, and very attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very modern hotel with various quirks and features. Navigating the hallways and sliding double doors was a bit weird but besides that it was a great hotel.
Service is above Portugal average but still very below world wide standards.

Easy uber (25-30 min) or train (45 min) into Lisbon.
Train runs in front of the hotel, however, despite being on the second floor, the soundproofing was outstanding - could not hear the trains pass.
Rooms are updated and well appointed.
Will definitely stay here again when returning to Lisbon.

Very nice location, excellent facilities. We were originally concerned about the train tracks but it was no issue whatsoever, and our room was at the end next to the train station. Don’t let that deter you.

The staff is conscientious and go out of their way to assist and anticipate your needs. The location is divine and the rooms are very comfortable. The ocean views and breeze are the cherry on top!

It was amazing! Sofia and Sara were awesome from day one through the entire stay! They assisted in arranging a day trip on short notice which was fantastic and arranged a schedule that was just right for us. The beach and location were perfect! Thank you everyone at the ICH for an amazing stay
