Our stay was very good . Great location. Accommodation was spotless and breakfast was great with very helpful staff. Reception staff were also very welcoming & helpful.Perhaps decor will be ready for an update soon.

We stayed here for a week while exploring Budapest. We had a one bedroom apartment. The room was clean, spacious and even had a kitchenette with everything we needed (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, plates, cups and utensils). The air conditioning worked well too. As a bonus, they had a FREE washer and dryer on every floor (we just had to buy laundry soap)! The hotel is in a perfect location, right near all the sites, and very near the river. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance. The oldest restaurant in Budapest is right next door. The staff at this hotel was outstanding. The front desk staff could not do enough to help. They gave us great suggestions on things to see and do. The cleaning staff was amazing…a big shout out to Agnes, who was so sweet. We travel a lot and have experienced some great hotels. I have to say, this one is right up there with the greats! I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

We had a TERRIBLE experience because the Air Conditioning was just not effective. The staff did offer us an alternate room but the SC there too was ineffective. For two nights we had to sleep in extremely hot conditions.

Great central location, right by the river, but annoyed that hotel didn’t inform before check in that air con was broken. They did offer fans but still warm. Staff very helpful, breakfast

The aircon was broke and it was heat wave and we had a horrible stay with sleepless night . The issue was there for last 10 days all I expect is a update saying do you want to cancel or rebook another property

The property has an excellent location. Close to amenities, walkable and easy connection to transit. The apartment was large and comfortable. However, the apartment and property is dated and in need of updating. When we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working & didn't work for our entire stay. Fortunately, the evenings were cool, so we could open the windows. However, the apartment was still stuffy and uncomfortable for sleeping. Having such a large facility and carrying the Marriott brand, without functioning Air Conditioning, seems unacceptable. We didn't insist, but there should have been a rate reduction offered for the inconvenience. The daytime concierge desk attendant was excellent!! The young lady spoke perfect english, was very supportive and helpful in providing directions to local attractions.

The Hotel is second to none in regard to location, just 3 steps from the walking street, shopping restaurants, attractions and the Dunau River, Comfortable and spacious rooms and living room, perfect for families. Breakfast was OK, and staff very service minded. Yes, I`ll be back to the same hotel on my next trip to Budapest

The staff who checked us in was not helpful at all and quite rude . There is only 1 staff in this property managing the reception and concierge and very busy to answer the simplest of questions . No Teabags , coffee or sugar was provided in the room which we feel is bare necessity

Apartment style is very convenient for family sizes. Parking is VERY expensive. Close to river, close to street car transport, close to attractions.
