it was a good experience, everything is enjoyable, jut the check in process is so slow,we have to wait almost an hour after the scheduled check in sdet for this hotel, most of travelers pass the same journey, as i have seen.

I do not like this property because it says it has a shuttle to airport and found out when I arrived they do not have the service. So now I must pay separate for a service that was suppose to be included.

Rooms looks old, AC hard to set up properly, food at buffet smell and taste bad. We won't plan to back again.

The Staff always friendly and with the best attitude. Breakfast is great and at night having those sweet breads is the best.

Staff was extra helpful. If I needed something they were quick and didn’t hesitate. Everything was clean and stocked. Breakfast service was awesome. I would definitely stay again.

Just a one night stay for us, quite comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and happy to assist. Breakfast had an amazing selection of food to choose from. We very much enjoyed our short stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I did not have a section us English channels working. I requested two nights by phone to front desk to please fix the following day. I even asked them in person the second day. I noticed they went to the room but they never fixed or even tried to reach out to me. I rented 7 rooms for 3 nights.. 21 nights for this hotel. What a shame they did not even try. I have taken several large groups there for meetings, I doubt I will ever go back.
