Smoke detector malfunction at 4:30am, chirping every minute… called front desk times an after over an hour someone came up but couldn’t fix it… finally 4 hours later it was fixed after multiple attempts. In the meantime, could not rest so showered only to discover that there was only one bath towel for my husband and I to use. Hotel also under shotty construction. All in all miserable stay that costs us about $160!

I almost didn’t book this hotel because of the reviews but I’m SO GLAD I DID! The hotel is under construction but only the lobby and the 2nd floor. The room we had was super updated and brand new! The front desk worker was super helpful and got us anything we asked for super quick! I am so glad we decided to book w them

We were on the third floor but we still felt stuffy when we woke up. There was just one small bar of soap to was with, so we are lucky we brought our own soap. Again, I am glad it was an overnight stay, because I wouldn't have been able to stay there a second night.

Apprehensive at first, the hotel is undergoing renovations. The lobby isn’t an inviting scene at the moment, but the staff are pleasant and my room was updated, clean and secure. I was pleasantly surprised by the tidiness of the room. I’d return again.

And when you do lots of business with Manchester In/best Western now like today I tried to rebook my room and they kicked me out talking about that. It was reserved for other people. How can you reserve a room? I’m in for other people when I’m still in that room and was going to reserve it again unprofessional and never again will I step into Manchester In/best Westin hotel now.

We knocked on the office door, called the hotel # (which went to an answering machine), I was starting to panic. Eventually someone did come to check us in. Then I gave a credit card to pay and they still charged the card that was used to hold the reservation. Additionally, there was no breakfast although free continental breakfast is listed as an amenity. Disappointing overall.

It’s not a matter of not liking it. People just need to know that the hotel is under renovation and there is a lot that needs to be finished.

Couldntcheck in never stayed bc it has to be done online and the room was booked incorrectly and no service at all to help the answer we got was "go online". We never stayed and I am not paying. If you charge me I will sue.

We had 5 rooms. All were terribly dirty! Avoid this hotel.
