Almost good, needs some work which construction was happening at 8pm as we were getting to our room. The tiles in our bathroom were loose, shower value was so loose I thought it was going to fall off (we had no hot water either). The bed was comfortable but we were missing an extra pillow which would have been nice. The bagels we had for breakfast were stale, but the rest of breakfast was good.

Not worth the money. I had to clean the bathroom when we got there and remove people before us’ hair. The soap/lotion holder wasn't broken and falling of the wall. The bathtub was gross, and the water was backing up when I went to use it. And a bath mat wasn’t even given. The carpet had stains all over it and there was a musty smell to the room. The pool area had no towels and the hot tub had brown bubbles. And there was a party in the eatery area when we checked in at 3 and when we came back from dinner at 9, it still wasn’t cleaned up with the same balloons and trash sitting on the tables. The gentleman who checked us in was nice and the entrance was the nicest part of the hotel. Other than that, we were ripped off based on the price we paid. We stayed last year and it wasn’t this bad but it definitely has gone down hill. Won’t stay next year

Well , staff was all very nice, the hotel had some issues with their hot water turning off, it happened 2 times in 12 hours, and the rooms that are at the end of the hall ,seem to be by some loud humming , a bit difficult to sleep.

Wonderful stay in this property. Only reasons for 4 stars is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Other than that , it was very pleasant. The breakfast was truly the best

Room is clean, stuff is friendly, the hotel is located near highway, so it's convenient.

There was ongoing highway roadwork adjacent to the hotel. Gas powered saws running at 9-10pm, other tools through midnight and jackhammering at 330am. Needless to say there was no rest or quiet to be had, thus very little to no sleep. Despite the hotel being lightly occupied, the staff chose to have me occupy a room directly near the work zone instead on the opposite side of the building. When I told them about my stay they suggested that ‘next time’ I request a parking lot side room as if I knew what to expect ahead of time. Not very good customer service.

Breakfast was great! And it was quiet and clean

Very clean and welcome hotel! It was a great distance from the event I had scheduled in Long Pond, PA. Unfortunately my event was cancelled and I tried to cancel the hotel within the full refund time span that is posted on the website, and I was unable to get a refund. We kept the hotel and went to Tannersville outlets and did enjoy our stay.

When we arrived our room do not feel fresh and clean. At the time to take a shower the bathtub was clogged and we need it to wait until next day for the service. Good thing next day they fixed it and the room was clean and smelling so good. All staff was really friendly. The breakfast included was good.

Place went downhill within one year. Rusty water coming out of faucet. No towels in room. No hot or warm water for our entire stay. Undesirable continental breakfast. Pancake machine out of order. French toast, sticks, hard and cold

The sofa bed was the worst, the spring hurt my small brother. We even told the staff they did nothing for it. The sheets were nasty, they had yellow patches on them. The room smelled very bad, it was not properly cleaned. Not using this place again. Worst experience ever

The staff are very friendly and They make a fabulous breakfast buffet. I didn't give 5 stars because I was cheated out of my room I was supposed to get a King bed plus a sofa bed and I only got a King bed

The staff here was so kind. The front desk even upgraded us to a lovely Jacuzzi suite and help us to have a quiet room away from the elevators.

Bad first impression, trash can outside front door was overflowing and several lights on the outside of the building seemed like they were burned out. Sign by the desk whining about how they don’t have staff (businesses that treat their people fairly and pay well don’t have any issue finding staff). Then the ice machine was making some kind of awful noise in the hallway all night. Finally there was no hot water in the morning. Avoid if possible, other hotels around.
