Well located, very easy to walk around. The hotel felt a little bit old, but the rooms were fine. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly as well.

Everything was great except we heard chairs being dragged around at 6:30 am (likely for breakfast)…we were in room 502.

Comfortable, clean hotel located less than five minutes from Tours Centre rail station. Great breakfast buffet. Lovely staff.

Underground car parking was in two areas with limited height.
The hotel was accommodating to our car problems providing a street parking space when it broke down

Three day trip to Tours, France. Hotel is very close to the main train station and easily walkable to all of the main attractions and shopping. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and self-service everything. Check in guy was a little brusque but everyone else was friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms (especially in Europe, where rooms are usually tiny!!!) and close to train station (4min walk). Walkable to restaurants in the charming downtown area (about 20min walk).

We had a very comfortable stay at the Artiste hotel. The cleaners were incredibly thorough and cleaned the room every day as if spring cleaned. Disappointed there was no dining or even lunch option, but the bar is always serviced by desk personnel and breakfast buffet was extensive. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and language was never an issue.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was perfect. We will be back! Great hotel for a longer stay. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is great and location is perfect.

Very welcoming and helpful on check in. Our French is not very good but between us and the receptionist we managed to understand each other's Franglais. Nice breakfast spread with plenty to chose from. Car parking was €10 in the underground car park opposite the hotel, so convenient enough. Unfortunately one of the radiators in our room cannot be turned off so I had to open the window to cool the room down a bit before sleeping and again in the morning. The bed was also rather uncomfortable - a bit lumpy - so not the best night's sleep.

No car charging even though advertised (just domestic wall socket that would not work with my charger). Only reason I picked that hotel. Otherwise very standard hotel (with good breakfast)
