Tv but no remote, coffee maker but no coffee, very thin sheet, dim lighting, some grungy areas. And some sort of dead bugs in the drawers. Would not stay again. Almost left. Only stayed due to tropical storm in area so could not camp.

Breakfast wasn’t breakfast, barely continental. The room door had a gap under it. The bathroom door didn’t shut. I ordered non-smoking room & I could still smell smoke on the same floor.

dirtiest place i ever stayed at dirt on a.c. unit floors in the place not vaacuumed dirt and hair in sink toilet and shower place was just a dump!!

Bathroom had hair in the bathtub like it hasnt been clean in a while

The room was very old and the lampshades were ripped, the bathtub was dirty.

The bedside outlets don’t work. The toilet would not flush properly. I had to go ask for a tv remote then get one with no batteries. The desk staff was not professional at all.

Lumpiest mattress ever. Carpet was squishy & smelly. Light near the bed had no receptacle near it. Room was odorous and barely 'clean'. TV Remote was funky. Mentioned this to the front desk and asked for a different room. The female clerk said " That what you get when you book on-line!!!" OMG!. Hospitality - NOT! Summary: They tick you off on purpose to get you to leave and lose all of your money. SCAM!!! So, to repeat: they put you up in lesser digs, you mention, and they cause a scene, on purpose, to take your money- and Expedia doesn't care because they're getting paid, too. Oh, the picture of the property is from 20 years ago - it does NOT look like that now. Immigrants coming to America to treat Americans wrong in their own country. They should kick out the whole family for nefarious business dealings.

It was horrible, the employees are rude, the room was not very clean and stunk, had to take disinfectant spray and spray the room. Will never stay there again.

I paid for a king and got 2 queens. The first room had no sheets, blankets, or pillowcases. We had to go back to the desk. The next room we couldn’t get in. Got another key and still couldn’t get in. The woman from the front desk came and tried and it still wouldn’t work. She gave us a 3rd room. There was only 1 clean towel. The other towel was dirty, hanging behind the door. I told the woman at check out. I should not have to pay for this type of service. All she said was, I’m sorry, we had a lot of check outs yesterday. This was terrible!

All in all was good however the 100.00 they required for incidentals was a little much for a one night stay and its now two days since I checked out and they have not put the 100 dollars back to my account. Very bad practice if they want repeat business

This was a one night stop during a long cross country trip. The receptionist was very cordial and handled my reservation quickly. The hotel is in dire need of updates. The carpets are very worn, there were exposed water lines on the 2nd floor where a wall was cut open, and cleaning could be much better. My bathtub had an antislip mat in the bottom that hadn't been removed since it was installed and there was a thick layer of dirt,debris, & mold underneath the mat. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. The location is very convenient to the highway 81 ramp and several restaurants.
