Even hotels.com promised check-in time until late hours (it was important to me!), appeared that the place was just closed. I used their phone number, which was directed to some other place and I got advice. Finally: it was not complicated at all, but for first timer it was just nerve breaking plus running around the floors for keys etc. Breakfast was ok, though. location was ok and parking just at the house.

Close to train station but a little out of the way from town centre. Could have been better with a bar fridge. The main receptionist was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant

I would not recommend this hotel for a real business people because it is small and missing lot of amenities. For instance, hotel is missing air condition and elevator. But value for the money it's great. There was one thing what I did not like it at all. The middle age female receptionist was little bit nervous and rude; first sending me to the wrong room(it was very hot and I had to carry my luggage to the second floor and then back to the first; no elevator) and then, next day she came to my room at 12 o'clock to tell me that I have to leave immediately or she is going to charge me for the next night. I knew that check out time is 12 o'clock but every hotel give you at least half an hour tolerance. If you want to earn business, you have to be nice to your customers.

However, it was on the main road and had ample car parking a must for us as is a resturant in or within walking distance from a Hotel. The meal here was excellent - not cheap but very good. The room and general condition of the Hotel was quite good for a three star in Switzerland. Will go back and have recommended to friends already.
